The room I stayed in felt more like a studio than a traditional hotel setup, which makes sense given the name. The design aesthetic leans heavily into that minimalist, contemporary Italian style — clean lines, neutral colors, but with enough character to feel warm. There’s actually a small kitchenette area that’s surprisingly functional if you want to grab groceries from the local market and make yourself breakfast.

Getting Around

Here’s something practical — parking in this neighborhood can be tricky, but the property handles it better than most places in central Milan. If you’re not driving, the Porta Genova station is close enough that getting to the Duomo or other main attractions doesn’t require any complicated transfers. The area feels safe walking around at night, which isn’t something I say lightly about every Milan neighborhood.

  The apartments were clean and cozy with very good location and transport facilities. There is a tram #14 in two minutes from the apartment which can bring you directly to Duomo.

  Very convenient location, very close to Metro station and the #14 tram stop
  The apartment is recently renovated, you will find utensils in the kitchen drawers, plates and cups. The microwave oven is handy as well.
  
  What could be improved: The building is a bit old, so the visitors better open the door to allow the air to circulate on entering.

  Excellent Apartment, close to tram station, supermarket etc. Kitchen facilities were excellent. Two beds and AC helped the comfortable stay.
  
  What could be improved: Very less toiletries, toilet tissues and washing liquid provided. It was enough only for a day. We were three people and stayed for two weeks, so no enough toiletries. Also cleaning services should be considered provided for once in few days.

  Clean appartment. Νew, fully renovated bathroom.Very good location, near metro, tram 14 for Duomo and near Navigli (about 15 minutes by foot). Good communication with the staff.There is an elevator to the fourth floor.Easy check in before arriving.

  We waited 20 minutes (there is a bench outside the apartment house), for the employee to bring us the keys, but there was communication via mobile phone and he apologized when he came.
