The neighborhood itself is pretty authentic, with local cafés and that everyday Milanese energy you don’t get in the touristy zones.

My room was spacious in a way that surprised me, especially for Milan where every square meter costs a fortune. The cinema theme continues here with movie memorabilia and moody lighting that you can actually adjust to your liking. There’s a proper seating area that doesn’t feel cramped, and the bed — well, it’s one of those beds where you sink in just enough without feeling like you’re being swallowed whole.

Practical Touches

The staff here really gets it when it comes to business travelers and tourists alike. They’ve got parking sorted if you’re driving (though honestly, you probably shouldn’t in Milan), and the WiFi actually works throughout the building. What impressed me most was how they handle the little things — like having adapters available and giving you real neighborhood recommendations instead of just pointing you toward the obvious tourist traps.

  Edoardo's apartment was one of the highlights of our trip to Milan! It is located within walking distance to Milan's main attractions, and it is also super close to Milano Centrale, which makes travelling to other towns a breeze. The apartment was fully equipped with everything that we could possibly need during our stay. Also, our host was extremely respectful and willing to make sure we enjoyed our trip!

  Edoardo was always available, provided all the necessary information about nearby restaurants and supermarket, checked us into the apartment earlier than scheduled, and allowed us to check out later. The apartment has everything you need. Definitely recommended!
  I’d also like to mention the marcato at the train station and a small coffee shop for breakfast on the same street as the apartment, just before the ice cream shop.

  Location is only 5 minutes from Milano Central Station, and the apartment is equipped with all facilities. The host (Edoardo) was very helpful and provided details of the restaurants and shops in the area. The supermarket is 2 minutes walk from the apartment (50 meters away only), the luggage store opposite to the building and was feasible as we arrived early.

  The accommodation was an elegant old apartment, just a short walk from the station—less than five minutes if you knew the route. It had been beautifully renovated inside, making for a very comfortable stay.
  The host was kind and welcoming. He reponded quickly if you contact hom with any needs.
  
  What could be improved: The sofa bed is a bit on the small size
  and creaks, which can make it a little uncomfortable to sleep on. However a bed in the room is perfect.
