  Emplacement idéal dans le quartier animé de Navigli. L’appartement est spacieux, cocooning et bien équipé. L’hôte est réactive et à l’écoute. La récupération des clés est très simple. Je recommande.
  
  What could be improved: Le bruit dans la cour des bouteilles en verre jetées dans les poubelles du bar. Il manque peut être une télé.

  Byli jsme ubytovaní v září 2025, ubytování bylo čisté, pohodlné, na dobrém místě – bary, kavárny v blízkosti, doprava také. Milé byly 2 kapsle do kávovaru
  
  What could be improved: Bylo by dobré v kuchyni mít utěrky, ostrý nůž, další pytle na odpad. Pokoj byl naštěstí umístěn ve dvoře, takže hluk z barů.. nebyl tolik slyšet (při zavřeném okně skoro vůbec). Co bylo obtěžující – ve dvoře jsou zadní dveře do restaurace a její zaměstnanci nad ránem vyhazují skleněné lahve.

  Amazing location, very cute, picturesque house and well thought out flat layout. Small but mighty place with plenty of storage and a good sized kitchen. We had no issues picking up the keys and finding the right apartment.
  
  What could be improved: Some recommendations: 1. Impossible to sleep with windows open as the bar empties their glass bottles in the inner courtyard repeatedly overnight with huge crashing sounds… This really needs to be raised with them, not sure how anyone in the house sleeps.
  2. The shower needs a shower curtain as soon as possible. I understand it is very cool to have these open shower designs but I think no one who installed or designed these ever tried to use one because it is horrible. Impossible to have a shower without turning the whole bathroom into a pool even if we were standing flat against the far corner. Very messy and inconvenient.
  3. The bathroom sink has big drainage issues, it will be clogged soon so I would recommend to buy a solution and unclog it as soon as possible before it becomes unusable. I see that others mentioned this already in May not sure why it was not solved since.
  4. The pillows are very flat and uncomfortable, i had neck pain every morning.

  What could be improved: The room was okay and clean, but unfortunately it was located on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Carrying luggage up the stairs was really inconvenient and quite disappointing.

  I liked the location, Navigli is a nice area to spend time for aperitivo, nice restaurants and pizza (asaje pizza is highly recommended) and general night life. Metro station is very close. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen fully equipped. Generally comfortable.
  
  What could be improved: Usually apartments have extra pillows in the closet, when we asked for an extra we were denied. Also no TV. A bit crammed.

  Good location in Navigli. Good base and nearest Metro station not far. In amongst cafes, bars and restaurants. Apartment ok for few nights..Useful having a key collect location, however a bar or cafe next door would have been much better instead of having to go to the top end of the canal.
  
  What could be improved: Glass bottles poured in bins at 1am! Apartment very small and cramped, thin walls hear people next door. Key collection cafe busy and only one person can deal with key and is too busy and quite rude, same at drop-off. Directions should state "3rd/top floor, then head outside, turn left on balcony, and first door on right". Some minor things which could be easily improved – no hand soap in kitchen and bathroom soap empty, no kitchen towel, only one pillow each (no extras in wardrobe). Attention to detail – smelly wet rug left hanging outside window. Hospitality – no complimentary water, Minor maiintenance issues – bathroom sink not draining properly, socket hanging off wall next to sofa. Bedside table and lamp on one side of bed only, should have on both sides. Air conditioning unit location very poor and does not help in bedroom. Need to use fan too. Apartment floors and down sides of units could be cleaner as dusty under clothes airer. And air conditioning unit contained small insects whe first switched on.
