  What could be improved: La camera non era pronta al momento del check-in (letto e bagno privi di biancheria, v. foto scattata al mio arrivo in struttura alle ore 15), ho atteso inutilmente per più di un'ora e mezza senza che arrivasse nessuno, dopodichè ho dovuto traslocare in hotel e il colmo è che il proprietario/gestore (la A.P.P.A. s.r.l.s.) si rifiuta di rimborsarmi la spesa per l'alloggio che ho dovuto cercarmi.
  
  Atteggiamento, oltre che scorretto, autolesionista perchè, anzichè prontamente chiudere l'incidente com'era suo interesse, il gestore mi sta di fatto costringendo ad agire in giudizio, il che alla fine gli costerà per svariate volte il rimborso che chiedevo.

  Tutto a parte la gestione, appartamento bellissimo in una zona comoda.
  
  What could be improved: Staff praticamente inesistente, non hanno esaudito richieste basilari come l’avere un secondo mazzo di chiavi e altro. Deludente e irrispettoso, sopratutto perché dopo una telefonata in cui ero rimasto in attesa di aggiornamenti non so più stato ricontattato. Ultima cosa: cuscini terribili, aggiuntivi non ce n’erano.
