  What could be improved: Check in muito burocrático, cheio de formulários para preencher se seu telefone estiver acabando a bateria (como foi meu caso) não consegue finalizar o processo.
  No dia que chegamos o apartamento não tinha sido realizada a limpeza, porém entrei em contato e logo o responsável enviou a equipe de limpeza.

  Buena ubicación a 7 min de la parada de metro. En la misma calle para el tranvía. Además justo enfrente hay un Carrefour Express que abre fines de semana. La distribución del apartamento bien, con aire acondicionado y camas cómodas. Facilidad para check in y check out.
  
  What could be improved: Faltaban bolsas de basura, bayetas, papel higiénico (solo dejaron un rollo), y tampoco había pastillas de lavavajillas o de lavadora. Podían dejar algunas, a modo de cortesía porque nadie viaja con eso en la maleta. La vecina de abajo subió el sábado a las 22:30 a decirnos que estábamos haciendo "mucho ruido". Tele apagada, sin música, solo cenando. Muy malos modos cuando además no era cierto que estuviéramos "arrastrando muebles" como ella decía. Muy desagradable.

  Check in process worked excellent. 5-6 min walk from main train station. About 35 min walk to the cathedral. Nice restaurants in the area. Really liked that there was a washing machine in the apartment.

  It is newly renovated, hence very clean and all facilities are available. The only drawback was the shower as when taking showers, all water runs to the floor due to an open glass panel, therefore, bathroom gets flooded.
  
  The location was very good as it was very close to the Milano Centrale Station and Airport shuttle busses. Tram runs opposite the building. 40 minutes walk to Duomo Church. The host was responsive. The only issue we had was to enter the main building as a wrong key was given to us. Since we didn't have Internet, we faced difficulties entering the building as a wrong key was given.
