I found myself making coffee there most mornings before heading out.   It was a clean apartment, nice inside, water and snacks for us when we got there. Very helpful and friendly host we liked. Even let us stay past check out as our train was delayed! It was located in a family neighborhood with a grocery store, cafe, and tram station right on the block.
  
  What could be improved: Having a small lamp or something would be nice before bed because the light options were very bright or off, so a small lamp would give a good low-light option. It was very noisy due to cars and public transportation and a bit far from center city, not near a subway station.

  Со вкусом оформленная квартирка, в распоряжении одна комната и санузел. Высокий первый этаж, окно выходит в зелёный дворик. Охраняемый закрытый двор, безопасность полная. Сдаётся недавно, всё новое, чистота идеальная, очень понравился душ. Хороший набор моющих гигиенических средств, есть аптечка. Кухни нет, но есть самое необходимое – холодильник, микроволновка, чайник. А в соседнем доме 107, на углу, пиццерия – очень вкусная пицца, правда! Хорошее транспортное сообщение с центром. Хозяйка – милая молодая девушка, говорит на нескольких языках, всегда на связи. Чувствуешь заботу в незнакомом городе, спасибо, Мария!

  Lo que más nos gustó es la ubicación del departamento. María y Antonio excelentes anfitriones. A pesar que nuestra estadía fue breve, nos dieron muchas sugerencias para visitar Milán. Volveríamos a contratar con ellos y recomendamos.

  Mariia fue un encanto que se preocupó en todo momento de que no faltase de nada. La habitación tenía todo lo necesario para alojarte, además de una mesa, microondas y nevera que venía genial para poder preparar algo rápido. El baño estaba nuevo y también incluía toallas además de champú y gel.
  
  Además apartamento estaba bien situado, con el tranvía para ir al centro delante de casa. Alrededor había supermercados y algunos restaurantes. En general me parece un sitio ideal para alojarse.
