  Luminoso ed accogliente

  The apartment is amazing – cozy, with lots of useful appliances such as a washing machine, dishwasher, and air conditioner, all in great condition. And everything was extremely clean. The place is bright and beautifully designed in a modern style.

  What could be improved: At night it was sometimes noisy because the road is close to the window, and one morning the local market was quite loud very early.

  What could be improved: There was not enough hot water for two people to shower. The property asked me to check the boiler in the roof which would require me standing dangerously on a step ladder that is not even tall enough (see picture). Non responsive about the hot water as well

  the location was really great, very close to the metro station and within walking distance to lots of sights.
  
  What could be improved: the provided instructions to enter the apartment did not work and nobody from the apartment was available to help us which resulted in us not being able to enter the apartment when we arrived late at night and we had to try and get a hotel for the night which was rather difficult at 1am in the morning. The apartment is also located on a main street and the walls are very thin so it is quite noisy.
