Here’s what I really appreciate about the location — you’re in Porta Garibaldi, which means you’re actually close to where locals live and work, not just tourist central. The Porta Garibaldi train station is just a few minutes’ walk, so getting to and from Malpensa Airport is surprisingly straightforward. You know what’s even better? Corso Buenos Aires, one of Europe’s longest shopping streets, is practically around the corner, and the Isola district with its trendy bars and restaurants is an easy stroll away.

Room Experience

The room design leans heavily into minimalist aesthetics — clean lines, neutral colors, and these floor-to-ceiling windows that actually make the space feel bigger than it probably is. I mean, this is Milan, so don’t expect sprawling suites, but the layout feels thoughtful. The bathroom is modern with a decent shower, and honestly, the bed is more comfortable than I expected. Small details like the lighting controls and USB charging ports show they’ve thought about what travelers actually need.

Daily Rhythms

Breakfast happens in a bright, airy space that doesn’t feel cramped even when it’s busy. The spread is solid — Italian pastries, decent coffee (this is Milan, after all), fresh fruit, and enough international options to keep most people happy. The staff moves efficiently without being rushed, and I noticed they remember your coffee preferences after a day or two. There’s also a small fitness area if you’re one of those people who can’t skip a workout, though honestly, walking around Milan provides plenty of exercise.

  What could be improved: – it was slightly dirty, especially in the bathroom
  – I had the sensation that one of the towels wasn't clean
  – for this period of the year, it could be freezing over the night, but quickly solved the issue. The biggest heater doesn't work as the remote won't work.

  The property was clean and had available equipment such as plates and knifes.
  
  What could be improved: Unfortunately, there were a few issues during my stay. There was no heating in the property on the first day, which should have been checked before guests arrived. I also had difficulty finding where to access the key for check-in. When I called for assistance, I was advised to follow the instructions in the link, but they weren’t very helpful, and the directions were not written in English. Thankfully, another guest kindly helped me access my room. Additionally, the property did not have a lift, which made it difficult to carry luggage to the room. These points were disappointing, as they could be easily improved to enhance future guests’ experiences.

  First of all, we love the location. It was my second time to stay in this apartment—last year and this year. Though, we had a problem with the door one time. We were unable to open the door but the host was very quick to help us. They moved us to another apartment and given us 80€ for compensation.

  The location is just perfect, not very touristic and at the same time close to attractions by walk. And apartment is quite big and clean , liked the bathroom, very stylish either.
  
  What could be improved: Not a big deal but there is no electric kettle to have a hot drink(at least I didn’t found) in the kitchen. and also usually in apartments there are printed instructions where to find everything, how wifi works, they didn’t have it , so it was inconvenient to ask every time the owner. So it’s just suggestion – to print everything and place it on a table

  It was a bit complicating finding the key and figuring out entrance but host was online and tried to help us. we faced some issues with hot water for the shower but in general it was a nice place 🙂 and worth the money!

  The property was very clean and modern and bed was comfortable. Instructions to access the property upon check in were easy to understand and follow. Location was close to lots of restaurants and a supermarket and only around 20 minute walk from the train station.
  
  What could be improved: Property would benefit from the addition of a frying pan for cooking. The building work taking place outside the window was disruptive in the mornings and meant we could not open the window and look out. But other than this a lovely stay.
