Here’s what I really appreciated about this spot — you’re in the Fiera Milano area, which means you’re close to all that business district energy during the day, but it gets refreshingly quiet in the evenings. The City Life district is literally right there, and if you haven’t seen those three towers dominating the Milan skyline yet, they’re pretty impressive up close. You can actually walk to Porta Garibaldi in about fifteen minutes, which puts you right in the mix of Milan’s nightlife scene.

The Room Experience

My room was clean and functional — this four-star property doesn’t try to be something it’s not, which I found refreshing. The bed was comfortable enough, and the bathroom had decent water pressure (you know how hit-or-miss that can be in European hotels). What caught my attention was the attention to detail in the design elements — nothing flashy, but thoughtful touches that showed someone actually cared about the guest experience.

Dining and Amenities

The hotel restaurant serves solid Italian fare, though I’d recommend venturing out to explore the local dining scene if you have time. Parking is available, which is honestly a godsend if you’re driving in Milan — trust me on this one. The staff was genuinely helpful with restaurant recommendations, and they seemed to know the area well enough to suggest places beyond the obvious tourist spots.

Why Guests Love It

Look, this isn’t going to be the most Instagram-worthy hotel you’ll ever stay at, but it delivers on the fundamentals really well. The location gives you easy access to both the business centers and the more interesting parts of Milan without the premium prices you’d pay closer to the Duomo. I mean, you’re getting solid value for a four-star experience in a city where hotel prices can get pretty steep. It’s the kind of place where you sleep well, start your day properly, and don’t feel like you’re missing out on anything essential.

  La vicinanza alla metropolitana Rossa è un pro assoluto, poi a pochi passi si trova un Carrefour express molto comodo per acquisti dell'ultimo momento.
  
  What could be improved: Il condizionatore non funzionava per la troppa condensa immagazzinata. Ho dovuto svuotarlo da me per poterne usufruire. Il lavandino della cucina aveva la maniglia che ogni volta che si apriva l'acqua cadeva da se, si staccava. Lo scoperto e del bagno si staccava dalla maniglia, cosa che rendeva difficile la pulizia del water. L'interruttore della luce all'ingresso non funziona a dovere, se si tiene premuto la luce rimane accesa, altrimenti si spegne.

  What could be improved: During our 5 days in the apartment the internet didn't work at all and the host's response was that it was beyond his power to fix it. Every time he wrote to me to reload the router, but of course it didn't help. Also the kitchen tap is broken. The air conditioner sometimes works, sometimes not. Also the lights in the apartment are very low. Also there was no knife to cut the apple 🫢🫢🫢 Overall the host's indifference was disappointing.

  What could be improved: O ar deixou de funcionar um dia anterior ao checkout na parte da tarde, estava um calor insuportável. Não tive suporte, fui informada que só no outro dia iria um técnico. Fomos embora antes por conta desse ocorrido e praticamente perdi uma noite. Estavamos passando mal por conta do calor.

  De locatie was super, vlakbij het centrum en vlakbij bushalte, metrostation, tramstation, treinstation. Het appartement was ook perfect voor 2 personen, niet te groot en niet te klein. Het appartement lag ook in een steegje dat afgesloten was met een poort, wat ons een zeer veilig gevoel gaf. Er was airconditioning aanwezig die de kamer goed koel hield, de douche was ook super goed. Ook de man die ons heeft ingecheckt was super vriendelijk en legde alles goed uit.

  Struttura pulita e comoda. Nell'angolo cottura era presente tutto l'occorrente, anche un microonde e la macchina del caffè. Bagno pulito, con phon, asciugamani e shampoo di cortesia.
  Antonio, che si è occupato della consegna delle chiavi, è stato molto gentile e disponibile.
  Ottima posizione, fermate di metro e autobus vicinissime.
