  Perfect location, very spacious
  
  What could be improved: Check-in was at 3:00 PM, which already felt quite late, and the apartment still wasn’t ready until around 3:20 PM due to cleaning. That’s not ideal when you’ve been traveling since 5:00 AM.
  There also weren’t enough glasses or cups, and I’ve never had to take my own rubbish away before — I would have expected that to be included in the stay.
  Some of the pillows could also use replacing, as they were quite worn and uncomfortable.

  What could be improved: We only had 4 pillows when we booked for 5. we tried to contact the managers/owners and they assured us there were more pillows but we could not find them. one of my kids slept on her toy.
  The managers were kind to put the heating on but it wasn't a cold night in Milan and when we arrived, it made the place like a sauna, withholding the air conditioning remote seemed extreme.
  But these were minor issues. it was what we needed for the night.
