The bathroom was modern with a great shower, though if you’re traveling with lots of luggage, you might feel a bit cramped.

Breakfast happens in their bright restaurant on the ground floor, and it’s a solid continental spread — nothing fancy, but good coffee and fresh pastries that’ll get you going. What I appreciated was how efficiently they handled the morning rush; even when the place was packed with business travelers catching early trains, service stayed smooth. The evening crowd tends to be more relaxed, with people either heading out to explore or just returned from day trips to Lake Como or other nearby destinations.

  It's in a good location. However, it's not a place I'd choose to stay again. Don't be fooled by the pictures. The bed on the ground floor was very uncomfortable. The upstairs floor has no ventilation. There are no hangers in the closet, no place to put soap or detergent in the bathrooms, etc., etc.

  It's a great apartment. Being on two levels was good…and we enjoyed sitting in the little balcony with a glass of wine ( from Aldi just a short walk away)
  Location is really good just 5 mins walk from the station.
  Lovely restaurants nearby.
  Getting in took a bit of effort the first time…but once we got the hang of it…it was good.

  What could be improved: The air-conditioning was terrible. Just not powerful at all. We were absolutely baking the whole time.
  I've seen other reviews saying this and the owners promised to sort it…but they havnt!
  It probably just needs the filter cleaning…but as its up so high we couldn't do this.
  Also I suspect that even if it was to work better it still wouldn't cool the whole apartment. They really need one unit downstairs in addition to the one above the stairs.
  If this had been fixed I would have given this a much higher rating. But it really did impact on our enjoyment…and made it really hard to sleep.

  Location exactly near Terminal station – 4 min walk. Great to walk.. all Metro and connecting links are near.

  The location is good , near to the central station and bus stop.
  
  What could be improved: The apart Meng look nice, BUT the bed on the lower level is foldable ( sofa to bed ), the mattress is tooooo solf to sleep. Had to sleep on the floor instead. The toilet floor is very slippery ( too dangerous) because the bathtub has no curtain. No bath towel . Sorry to comment this point. It is not a kind of like or dislike , but the SAFETY for other customers.

  It was clean and well maintained. Instructions were very detailed. Good location – close to centrale and m3 train stations. Restaurants around.
