  the apartment is located in a beautiful area
  
  What could be improved: there are unpleasant aspects it is not clean, the internet did not work, the owner was not very kind, he had a hard time responding to messages. for the money he asks ,could also offer some snacks in the fridge. I had higher expectations.

  Great location. Right next to the Metro and walking distance to Duomo. Also some grocery shopping near by. The Sauna and jacuzzi is a great asset especially during rainy days.
  
  What could be improved: The sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable. It’s way too used, U shape, not straight and my back hurts after sleeping on it. Shower next to the Sauna was out of order – unable to use.
  Little details like “olive oil” for cooking would be nice addition to the price tag. Or also small milk for coffee or cloth for drying hands when washing dishes. It was all missing

  The location and the spa facilities were the highlight of this place. We had to walk 15 minutes to get to the Dome. The personnel was friendly and helpful.
  
  What could be improved: We were sad to discover the attention to detail wasn’t good. Overall, the apartment was clean but it needed a deep clean and maintained better. A lot of things were cracked, had water stains or broken (jacuzzi only has hot water). There were two spots of mildew on the walls too that we had to clean ourselves.

  The apartment was new, clean and nice looking. The small kitchen had what is needs for a stay with family: good-size refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, dinnerware, etc. In front of a park, keeping us from the city noise, while conveniently close to brand-new metro station and within walking distance to nice restaurants and a couple of historic places.
  The jacuzzi and spa area were definitely a plus and kids enjoyed feeling fancy 🙂
  Host was very kind and supportive, especially when we forgot something in the apartment.
  
  What could be improved: The sofa-bed was not comfortable (it was curvy, the bed wasn’t flat) and they didn’t provide us with proper pillows, only sofa cushions inside of pillowcases. All the rest was great.
