  The property is well located and spacious, close to a tram and in a nice area. The bedroom is a loft above the living, dining and bathroom and kitchen. Kitchen is well equipped, there is a washing machine in the bathroom. We had a fantastic stay, Irina was a lovely host and easy to communicate with. The apartment is newly renovated and very modern and comfortable. There is a restaurant next door, Osterio Conchetta and it was the best meal we had over six weeks in Italy, just amazing. You must book, you will not be disappointed with the restaurant or the beautiful apartment!
  
  What could be improved: Steps from bedroom loft to the bathroom, was not a problem for us but may affect other travellers. It would be useful to have a folding clothes airer/rack to dry the clothes. Sadly, Booking.com have overcharged me quite considerably for this booking and three months later I am still attempting to retrieve the money. It is no fault of the property and hopefully Booking.com will refund me.
