You’re close enough to the Duomo and shopping districts (about 15 minutes by metro), but far enough away that you’re not dealing with tourist crowds every time you step outside.

The Sempione district has this authentic residential feel — you’ll see locals walking their dogs, kids heading to school, that sort of everyday Milan life that you miss when you’re staying in the centro storico.

  The apartment was well-equipped and in an excellent location—right next to the park and close to public transportation, which made getting around very easy.
  
  What could be improved: However, it was not very clean. Despite paying a €100 cleaning fee, we found spider webs in several areas. Additionally, the bathroom door was broken and wouldn’t close, which was quite inconvenient.

  The apartment was just right for a family of 3. The bathroom had everything we needed. Laundry gels were available which was perfect since i finished all my gels. The bedroom was big as well as the bed. The sofabed was big and comfy as well. Location was perfect. Near a big park amd my son loved it because of the playground and rides. I would recommend this to everyone. Alot of restaurants and the coffeeshop Egalite has great coffee and pastries. Tram stations near the apartment also just buying the ATM top up card was limited need to walk 10mins to nearest tabacchi shop for top up.
  
  What could be improved: The kitchen has limited appliances. No spomge and dishwashing liquid. Good thing i have my own for my son’s bottles.

  The apartment is well equipped with everything can be necessary (hair dryer, iron,iron board, detergents for the house and for personal care, clean wipes, broom, pots etc…)

  The bathroom's door is broken and it is not possible to close it.
  It is meaningless to sign before entering the apartment a declaration to say that the apartment is found in optimal conditions…I cannot know it before experiencing it!

  Location is perfect. Tramway line just front of home. Transportation was easy. There was everything you needed at home. Home input and output is very safe. Around was calm. Market, Buffet, Restaurant, Pharmacy in the vicinity of the house
