You’ve got authentic trattorias within walking distance, and I mean the kind where locals argue about football over lunch. The metro connections are solid too, so you’re not stuck out here — you can be in the city center in about 20 minutes when you want that classic Milan experience.

The Space Itself

The room setup surprised me in the best way possible. This four-star place really delivers on the “flat” part of its name — you get proper living space, not just a bed crammed next to a tiny desk. The layout actually makes sense, with enough room to spread out your stuff without living out of a suitcase. What struck me most was how they’ve managed to create that homey feeling while keeping everything clean and well-maintained. The windows let in great natural light, and you know what? Sometimes that matters more than fancy marble bathrooms.

Daily Life Here

Mornings became my favorite part of staying here. There’s a rhythm to this neighborhood — you hear the espresso machine firing up at the café downstairs, people heading to work, the occasional Vespa puttering by. It feels real in a way that central Milan hotels just can’t match. I found myself actually looking forward to coming back in the evenings, which doesn’t always happen when you’re traveling. The staff gets to know you after a day or two, and there’s something to be said for that personal touch you lose in bigger properties.

  I stayed for 3 nights and everything was absolutely great! The apartment was clean, fully equipped – it had everything we needed, including a hairdryer, speaker, towels, etc. The place itself was spotless and just a 5-minute walk to the nearest metro station, which was super convenient.
  
  The host was amazing – super responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. Even though there was no Wi-Fi, it didn’t really affect us because we already had daily data plans. Honestly, the service and the host deserve a 10/10. The AC worked perfectly and kept the place nice and cool, which we really appreciated during the hot days.
  
  What truly impressed us was the flexibility – since we had a lot of luggage, the host even allowed us to check out later. I’ve never experienced that kind of kindness and support before. Overall, it was a 100/10 experience. Highly recommended!

  Pulizia e location. Lo staff è stato molto gentile, mi ha fornito cuscini extra quando ho chiesto, perché quelli iniziali erano troppo sottili.
  
  What could be improved: Appartamento molto piccolo, adatto a chi ha poche pretese. Il soppalco è scomodo: si sale e scende con difficoltà e bisogna stare accovacciati una volta in cima. Il problema maggiore è la mancanza di oscuranti: la luce mi svegliava presto ogni mattina. Inoltre, il condizionatore a volte non raffreddava bene, e avrei preferito non dovermi occupare dell'immondizia.

  Good location, you can va get to the city centre by metro in about 20 minutes. Bedsheets were clean, kitchen is well equipped, decent price.
  
  What could be improved: Stained walls, bathroom did not look like it was cleaned before our stay, toilet brush stuck.
  Difference in temperature, the lower side of the room is quite cold.
  Bedside lamps were both broken and one didn’t even have a plug, just exposed wires. Also we found hairs on the bedside cabinets.
  There was a bad odour constantly, maybe because the flat is right above the garbage collection room.
  There is no wifi (as shown in the stay description) so make sure to have an alternative.

  The location is good to reach the centrale, navigli and como lake with public transportation. The place was clean, mainly quiet. There was a bar close to have a great night with the locals, but far away to not disturbe the sleeping

  Propreté parfaite ! Assez bien équipé pour un si petit établissement. ( essuies, sèche-cheveux, tv étc..)
  Établissement à 5-7 minutes à pieds d’une station de métro pour se rendre au centre. Assez pour un city trip à Milan. Personnel +++ très aimable et très actif!
  
  What could be improved: Plafonds très bas au niveau du lit, faire attention quand on se lève pendant la nuit. Une échelle pour se rendre en haut, pour jeunes ok mais pour un couple un peu plus âgés pas très pratique.
