  POSIZIONE PAZZESCA! centro di Brera, bella zona tranquilla, mi sono sentita al sicuro!
  Letto comodo, il palazzo è gestito da un custode presente ogni mattina molto gentile.
  
  What could be improved: Arredamento molto minimal, non chissà quanto accogliente, magari sarebbe idonea un pò più di fornitura in cucina, ad esempio qualche tovagliolo di carta o scottex.
  Ma per il resto tutto ottimo!

  Everything was perfect. The location is fabulous (it’s only a 8 min walk from the Duomo) and the apartment is located in the wonderful district of Brera! Everything about this apartment was perfect, it is modern and super clean! We will definitely be back!!

  The property location was excellent. Perfect for a family of 5 and a lovely conversion of a period building.

  Location and neighborhood are both okay as it’s near the bus stops and train station.
  
  What could be improved: The apartment is located at the 4th floor without elevator which was not mentioned in the description. There was no exhaust so if you plan to cook, all of your clothes or things will smell like food. We have to call the property for extra toilet tissues, extra towels as they only provided 4 but we are a family of 5. We also asked for clothes hangers as we needed to wash our clothes as there was none. Both the toilet / bathroom door as well as the small room has no door lock for privacy.

  it locates in good location and inside of the apartment very silent. we rent during may 2024 and there was everything new.
  
  What could be improved: 1.Apartment locate on 4th floor and there is no lift in the building and stairs are very narrow, like a spiral. if you travelling with big luggages its will difficult to go up by this stairs.
  2. the neighbour on third floor smoke a lot of cigarettes on stairs and all smoke gets into apartment. it was awful. and he mostly smoke in the evening.
  3. windows do not have anti-maskite nets, but there is a lot of mosquitoes. will better if host will install them in a future.

  Location is great. Everything is clean. All the parts and facilities are new or newly installed. There is nothing missing.
  
  It was not a problem for us, but as a small note, it is worth noting that there is no elevator and it is on the 4th floor.
