Walking into this apartment in the CityLife district, I wasn’t expecting much from a three-star property, but there’s something refreshingly straightforward about the place. The modern lobby feels clean and uncluttered, and you can immediately tell this isn’t trying to be something it’s not.

The CityLife area is honestly one of Milan‘s most interesting neighborhoods right now — it’s this fascinating mix of gleaming skyscrapers and residential calm that feels worlds away from the tourist chaos around the Duomo. You’re literally next to Fiera Milano, which is perfect if you’re here for business, but what I really love is how easy it is to hop on the metro. The Tre Torri station is practically around the corner, and you can be in the historic center in about 15 minutes.

The Space

What sets this place apart is the apartment-style setup — you get a proper kitchenette that’s actually functional, not just decorative. I mean, having a coffee maker and basic cooking facilities when you’re staying somewhere longer than a few nights? That’s gold. The room itself feels more like a studio apartment than a hotel room, with enough space to spread out your stuff without feeling cramped. The décor is clean and modern without being sterile.

Practical Details

Here’s what actually matters: the WiFi works well (crucial if you’re working), the air conditioning keeps up with Milan’s summer heat, and the shower has decent water pressure. There’s no on-site restaurant, but honestly, with all the dining options in CityLife and that kitchenette, you won’t miss it. Parking is available, which is a huge relief if you’re driving in Milan — trust me on that one.

  What could be improved: All'arrivo ho cercato di mettermi in contatto telefonico, ma nessuno ha mai risposto a meno di rispondere tramite messaggi WhatsApp: non si ammette che pur mettendo a disposizione un recapito telefonico, nessuno risponda.
  
  Purtroppo, essendo un piano rialzato, mancando le zanzariere e un qualsiasi prodotto per allontanare le zanzare, la prima notte è stata un incubo: una marea di zanzare!!! Peraltro i muri erano sporchissimi: sicuramente qualche ospite precedente sarà stato costretto a schiacciare zanzare a mai finire.
  
  Altra cosa da segnalare: all'arrivo, nonostante il freddo intenso, i riscaldamenti erano spenti: ho dovuto avviarli io.
  
  Così come erano staccati frigo/freezer, forno e microonde: soltanto riattaccando il contatore gli elettrodomestici si sono accesi e i riscaldamenti.

Abbiamo dovuto contattare i proprietari che ci hanno dato tempestive informazioni x recuperare asciugamani e lenzuola nell’appartamento. Abbiamo dovuto prepararci il divano letto. Inoltre i welcome kit erano anch’essi x 2.

  It was very difficult task to get the Key and I tried calling host multiple times but he did not take my call. He was just writing on wa and it was too hard. It took 1 hour for me to get in the apartment.

  la ubicación, estaba limpio y nuevo. Toallas y sabanas limpias y perfectamente ordenadas. La ducha perfecta. El dormitorio principal perfecto.
  
  What could be improved: No funcionaba en horno, la nevera, el microondas y la placa. (espero que lo solventen rápidamente).
  El salón tiene un ventanuco en altura donde por la noche entra la luz de la escalera….. de continuo porque la luz de la escalera por la noche No se apaga. (no se como lo podrán solventar salvo poner algún velux en esa ventana.
