  The apartment is in a great central location and we were able to walk everywhere during our stay. The hosts were responsive to queries and we really enjoyed our stay.

  Keys were in a security lock box. Very easy to pick up. They very kindly allowed us to drop our suitcases earlier than the check in time.

  The location was great and felt really safe. We could walk almost anywhere we wanted to go. The bathrooms were fine but a little tight. The AC and wifi worked fine while we were there. The apartment felt clean on arrival.
  
  What could be improved: The apartment is on the top floor and the elevator does not take you all the way there. You need to carry your suitcase up the final spiral staircase in the picture. The furniture wasn't very comfortable and the couch was really worn. To see the castle you need to open the skylight and stand on a chair so don't really count taking in the scenery while drinking your morning coffee.

  I liked the location in the heart of Milan fashion district. The apartment was very large for 4 people.
  
  What could be improved: The only thing that was a problem was the elevator went to the 4th floor and the aoartment was n the 5th floor with a winding staircase. It was difficult to carry the luggage up and down.
