• Disappointing Apartment – Egon from Australia – 10 September 2025 (3/10)

  Location was great
  
  What could be improved: The keypad digital entry system to the building did not work for me. Fortunately the building access door was open (for cleaners) when we arrived. We were able to get into the apartment (the key code worked for the apartment door). Keys were inside the apartment so we were able to use these for the duration (6 days) of our stay. I reported on a number of occassions that the building digital entry codes were not working for me. The apartment managers were of no help at all. I was repeatedly told that all was OK, but no one came to physically check the digital system as far as I know. If we did not have the "emergency use keys" we would have been stranded outside of the building when we returned after exploring Milan. We asked for a second set of keys (as we often go out separately) but were told that was not possible – we should use the digital entry system.
  The apartment was just passable. There were issues such as; a noisy squeaking bed. No fitted sheets so the mattress was exposed. The mattress was very worn and stained. There was no freh air into the building, no windows, so the area was very stuffy – we left the door wedged open for freh air to get in. I would not recommend this apartment.

  What could be improved: My daughter and I had a very disappointing experience. Our flight was delayed, but we contacted the property in advance and were assured that everything with the entry system would be fine and that we’d be able to get in without any issues. However, when we arrived around 1 a.m., we couldn’t open the door and were left standing on the street in the middle of the night.
  Nobody answered the phone or responded to emails, and it was an incredibly scary and stressful situation for two young women. After about 45 minutes—thankfully—another guest let us in. But the entire experience felt very unsafe and unprofessional.
  The next morning, we received only a brief message asking if we had managed to get inside—no real concern or apology at all. For the price we paid (around €600 for two nights), we expected much better service and support.

  What could be improved: During a day, I was home with my girlfriend when suddenly somebody opened the door(which door needs a specific number password to open. They told us that they rented this apartment via booking for the following days and they were given this specific code to enter the house. I told them its not possible because I am leaving in this apartment and I leave in 2 days. Concluding, they have finally rented the apartment next to us but still the code for the door was the same with ours. If we werent home? If my girlfriend was alone at that time? Unacceptable.

  What could be improved: The bed frame needs to be replaced because it is very noisy every time you moved, it is so annoying ( can't sleep )& needs more pillow in beds. There's were only 2 pillow which is insufficient. Also, it is not nice to see cleaning mops stored under beds it is not hygienic. There is a mould in the wall beside the beds.

  In booking photos apartaments was way lighter, in real you always need use lights.
  On entire our stay we had some sounds comming from outside, it ewas hard to sleep. We writed to hostier, but they couldn't help.
