The airport shuttle stops practically around the corner.

The Room Experience

The room I stayed in was what you’d call efficiently designed — not huge, but everything had its place. The bed was surprisingly comfortable for a three-star, and the bathroom was modern enough with good water pressure (which, let’s be real, matters more than most people admit). What caught my attention was how quiet it stayed despite being on such a busy square — the windows actually do their job. The air conditioning worked well too, which you’ll appreciate during Milan’s sticky summers.

Practical Details

  Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo blisko metra i dworca. Mieszkanie czyste i zadbane oraz komfortowe mimo że nie należy do największych.
  
  What could be improved: Na pewno minusem jest to że trzeba umówić się na dokładną godzinę przyjazdu żeby odebrać klucze osobiście, a w podróży często bywają sytuacje nieprzewidywalne i trochę może to zaburzać plan wycieczki. Brak jakiekolwiek oznaczenia lokalu przed wejściem. Trzeba zadzwonić do właściciela czekając pod budynkiem.

  Good location, renovated and clean apartment.
  
  What could be improved: The remote for the air conditioning / heater didn’t work. We called and they sent a man who changed the batteries, checked the remote was still not working and told us there was nothing they could do. Also, there is a washing machine but they don’t provide any soap, and it’s very unlikely someone is going to buy a full bottle of soap for just one laundry. Those are small things that could make a difference in the experience.

  Struttura silenziosa seppur al piano rialzato, casa pulita ed accogliente.
  Piccoli accorgimenti decisamente insoliti per Milano, come cialde per il caffè e bottiglie d'acqua.

  What could be improved: Contattare la struttura non è stato semplicissimo, diversi numeri ma qualche difficoltà ad avere un contatto con una persona.
  Una volta riuscito comunque sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili.

  Great location for us close to the station and other essentials, secure building, good hosts and great place with strong AC nice clean bathroom, great kitchen and a washing machine.

  The location is good, 10 min from Central Station. There are some shops around and a beautifull Restaurant 2 min distance from the apartment.
  
  What could be improved: The air conditioning was not functional (we tried to turn it on manually, but it still didn’t work). It wasn’t plugged in, and the socket was hidden inside the wall, completely inaccessible. Although we contacted the host about this issue, after an initial response, they stopped replying altogether.
  
  There are no mosquito nets on the windows. Since the air conditioning wasn’t working, we had to leave the windows open for ventilation, which resulted in mosquitoes entering the apartment, along with a lot of street noise (the apartment is located on a busy road).
  
  The place is poorly equipped – there is no microwave or toaster. There is a coffee machine, but it barely works and leaks water when in use.
  
  In short, if you want to ruin your summer holiday, this is the place to stay. For us, it was a nightmare – and the children were the ones who suffered the most.
