  What could be improved: La struttura non è gestita da un host privato ma da un ufficio. Di conseguenza al numero telefonico associato alla struttura rispondono solo negli orari di ufficio dalle 9.30 alle 18. Questo è stato un grosso problema nel momento in cui il link di apertura del portone ha smesso di funzionare (per entrare nell'edificio la struttura provvede i suoi clienti di un link che funzione da pulsante di apertura). La causa del mancato funzionamento è stata attribuita dall'operatrice telefonica al mancato funzionamento del wifi in casa (altro aspetto negativo). Ci ha quindi consigliato di utilizzare le chiavi fisiche di emergenza presenti nell'appartamento. La sera del giorno stesso, al momento di uscire di casa, proviamo ad usare le chiavi e NON FUNZIONANO. Abbiamo rischiato di rimanere chiuse fuori casa e perdere l'aereo di ritorno dato che nessuno era reperibile per aiutarci (ripeto la struttura ha un numero reperibile solo dalle 9.30 alle 18!!). PER ASSURDO CI SIAMO FATTE AIUTARE DA UN SIGNORE SCONOSCIUTO CHE ABBIAMO SCOPERTO VIVESSE DIETRO UNA PORTA DIETRO L'ASCENSORE, IL CHE NON È IL MASSIMO PER DUE RAAZZE CHE VIAGGIANO DA SOLE. MAI PIÙ. SIETE DEI FOLLI A PENSARE DI NON POTER ESSERE REPERIBILI IN UN QUALSIASI MOMENTO PER L'OSPITE NELLA VOSTRA STRUTTURA.

  Cozy and warm apartment. Everything was perfect. Very nice. 3 km walking distance from Duomo. Near bus and tram station.
