  Great location and 10 minute walk to the cathedral and Dome. Easy to contact for any queries and to organise check in.

  Spacious apartment, with a small kitchen. Good location (outside there is a tram station and at 400m a metro station. Good price-quality
  
  What could be improved: The elevator was broken and due to holidays (24-27/12) it couldn’t be fixed and we had 3 floors to get to. Maybe a notice before hand for people with mobility issues would be nice. Also there were only 2 toilet papers and 2 shower gel that wasn’t enough for the whole stay. The shower is really small so a tall person maybe will struggle. Lastly there was no change of towels or change of the bathroom bin.

  Really good location, 10-12 mins. walk from central attractions (Duomo, Galleria etc), the room was quite comfy and spacious with nice view and the staff were very attentive.

  Beautiful old building, great location meant easily walkable to city centre and close metro links. Watching sunrise from balcony was amazing

  The apartment is small but very nice and comfortable. We did not have a problem with a small shower like some reviews were complaining. It is small but it is enough for a quick shower. The apartment work pretty good for a family as well. We stayed with a 4 y.o. kid.
