  Location is amazing as advertised, a two-minute walk from Milano Centrale. Apartment was clean, came with all the basics (linens, coffee/tea); kitchen was quite well-equipped and having a washing machine and dishwasher was a nice bonus. Host was flexible and helpful when I asked to extend my stay.
  
  What could be improved: The walls of the apartment seem to be rather thin – neighbors were somewhat noisy in the evenings, and mornings were *very* noisy, due to neighbors, cleaners (it seems other apartments on the floor are short-term rentals), as well as street noise. So I would suggest that you plan to rise early if staying in the apartment.

  I would have liked a less robotic experience, i.e., someone to talk to or ask questions of. All deviations came with a substantial price, e.g., earlier arrival, later departure.
  Instructions need revision in how to lock door upon leaving. Doesn't explain that code needs to be re-entered and knob turned counterclockwise.

  A acomodação é bem equipada, tem tudo que você precisa, é tranquila para dormir, estava devidamente limpa e organizada, tem espaço suficiente para colocar as malas, a cama é confortável e o chuveiro é excelente.
  
  What could be improved: A única coisa que tive dificuldade foi no momento do check inn, eles enviam uma mensagem na qual você precisa digitar um código, a tecla com o sino e ligar para um número para destravar a porta, porém comigo a porta não destravou mesmo fazendo o processo inúmeras vezes. Precisei ligar para o suporte que não falava português, foi bem difícil comunicar. Outra sugestão é deixar claro o número do apartamento e andar, quando entramos no prédio ficamos na dúvida sobre o andar, é no 1 andar.
