Location & Neighborhood

Porta Vittoria isn’t the flashiest part of Milan, but it’s got this authentic residential feel that I actually preferred to staying right in the tourist center. You’re close enough to reach the Duomo in about 20 minutes by metro, but you get to experience how locals actually live. There are some great neighborhood spots for coffee and aperitivo within walking distance — the kind of places where you might be the only non-Italian in the room.

The SPA Experience

The private spa facilities are what really justify the rate here. It’s not just the jacuzzi — there’s a proper sauna setup that feels like having your own wellness retreat. After spending days navigating Milan’s busy streets and crowded attractions, having this private space to decompress was incredible. The water pressure is excellent, and they’ve clearly invested in quality fixtures throughout.

  Very Nice apartment with a big terrasse. Well situated, few steps from the city center. Very clean shared swimming pool available in the building.
  
  What could be improved: In october the sauna is closed but you can pay to activate it which is a good option Even if a bit expensive. Again for the price the parking could be included

  The apartment is spotlessly clean, with all new furniture in a great building. Beds are very comfy. The 2nd floor consists of a 60m2 terrace, which faces north-east. The deck chairs and sofa on the balcony are amazing. The location is good, very close to Dateo station. The television had Google TV and Chromecast. The water pressure is good, and there is underfloor heating too. Host Davide that welcomed us was amazing. Kitchen has everything you need and more. The windows face the garden and it was very peaceful and quiet.
  
  What could be improved: Before we arrived, we were sent a guidebook saying that it would cost us another 100 euro to fill and use the hot tub on the balcony, as it was drained during autumn and winter.
  
  Given it was 20 degrees and sunny, this was very surprising. It felt like a false advertisement on booking.com as this was not clearly labeled when we made the reservation. The explanation that the jacuzzi is drained during cold months didnt make sense as its supposed to be hot, and its pleasurable to use it during slightly colder months too.
  
  In the spa area, finnish sauna was not operational.
  
  
  Internet was only ok, around 20mbps but 100ms ping.

  Lovely property, very comfortable and secure. Superb. Loved the indoor swimming pool and gym. Fantastic large roof terrace with hot tub and great views of Milan. Big supermarket a short 10 minute walk.

  Sehr gute Kommunikation, unkompliziert betreffend Schlüsselübergabe beim Eintreffen (wir sind spät eingetroffen und trotzdem hat alles gut geklappt). Grosse Terrasse.

  De twee slaapkamers met badkamer, en dakterras met jacuzzi en buiten grill. Echt een aanrader als je Milaan wilt bezoeken!
  
  Heerlijk appartement om vanuit hier Milaan te ontdekken, en daarna te chillen op het privé dakterras met grill en jacuzzi. Metro op 10 minuten lopen.
  
  De ontvangst was ook meer dan perfect , goede uitleg en vriendelijk ontvangst.
  
  What could be improved: Eigelijk alleen maar een tip, maar dat is dan ook meer uit gemak en luxe. Een klein koelkastje op het dakterras zou handig zijn.

  Sehr guter Kontakt zu der Eigentümerin Chiara im Vorfeld bzw. zu Davide dem Verwalter der tollen Apartment-Wohnung direkt vor Ort und bei der Schlüsselübergabe/Einweisung der Wohnung + leichter und unkomplizierter Check-Out.
  Perfekte Lage in einer nicht all zu lauten Wohngegend von Mailand und nur knapp 10 Min. Fußweg zur Metro (Station DATEO), S-Bahn und div. Bushaltestellen.
  Einige kleine Cafés und Restaurants direkt um die Ecke bzw. schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen und auch ein kleiner Carrefour-Express-Supermarkt bzw. auch ein weiterer großer Supermarkt in ein paar Minuten fußläufig prima erreichbar.
  Und die herrliche Dachterrasse ist natürlich einfach unbezahlbar und man hat einen wunderbaren Blick über die Dächer von Mailand bzw. kann hier oben traumhaft mit einem Vino den Sonnenuntergang genießen.
  Für uns als 2 Pärchen waren die getrennten Schlafzimmer mit einem jeweils eigenen Badezimmer auch sehr angenehm.
  Jacuzzi leicht zu bedienen und nach einem anstrengendem Tag sehr entspannend.
  Das zum gesamten Wohnkomplex dazugehörige und für ALLE Bewohner nutzbare Fitness-Studio, Schwimmbad, Sauna & Co. haben wir bei unserem Aufenthalt nicht genutzt -> es sind auch schon ein paar Meter durch die Tiefgarage zu Laufen bis man dort endlich auch angekommen ist!
  Wir würden diese Unterkunft definitiv auch noch mal für uns 4 buchen -> am meisten hat uns natürlich die Roof-Top-Area gefallen und die sehr gut funktionierte Klima-Anlage hat uns auch überzeugt!
