  Прежде всего, самые добрые слова хотелось бы сказать в адрес владельца: Морган всегда на связи, отвечает на вопросы и стремится помочь.
  Второй большой плюс квартиры – ее локация. Прямо у выхода из подъезда дома расположена станция метро. В минуте ходьбы находится супермаркет. До Дуомо 20-25 минут пешком, торговые кварталы и достопримечательности в шаговой доступности.
  Квартира хорошо спланирована, укомплектована всем необходимым, включая стиральную и сушильную машины. В квартире было абсолютно чисто. Два санузла – большой плюс для семей. Постельное белье, полотенца и принадлежности качественные и свежие.
  Описание квартиры на сайте корректное и полностью соответствует факту.
  
  What could be improved: Оценка снижена за шум. Квартира совсем не изолирована от улицы. Для тех, кому важна тишина, рекомендую посмотреть другие варианты. Если собственник сменит стеклопакеты, то квартире можно будет ставить твердую десятку.
  Рядом с домом есть бесплатная общественная парковка. Нам повезло припарковаться прямо у дома, но перед этим пришлось проехать несколько кругов по прилегающим кварталам. Тем, кто путешествует на автомобиле следует иметь ввиду, что наличие мест не гарантировано.
  Доступ в подъезд осуществляется через приложение. Это не совсем удобно, т.к. требует наличие мобильного интернета.

  Die Unterkunft war sehr zentral, mit tollen Bars, Restaurants und Shopping Möglichkeiten vor der Tür. Die Wohnung war super aufgeräumt, schön eingerichtet und komplett neu und sauber.
  Der Eigentümer super nett, hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar. Nächstes mal kommen wir gerne wieder!
