The Castello Sforzesco feels like your backyard landmark, and getting to the Duomo takes maybe 15 minutes on the metro — but without the constant buzz of crowds right outside your window.

The apartment setup is what really sets this place apart from typical Milan accommodations. Each unit comes with its own kitchen, which honestly saved me a fortune during my stay since eating out for every meal in Milan can get expensive fast. The design is contemporary but warm — think clean lines with touches that make it feel lived-in rather than showroom perfect. Storage space is actually adequate too, something you can’t always count on in European city stays.

What struck me most was how naturally this place fits into the rhythm of Milan life. There’s a great little restaurant just two blocks down that serves incredible risotto, and the morning coffee bar nearby knows how to make a proper cappuccino. The building itself is quiet — you’re not dealing with slamming doors or thin walls that let every conversation bleed through. Parking can be arranged if you’re driving, though honestly, you won’t need a car once you’re settled in this area.

Why It Works for Milan

I mean, let’s be real — Milan isn’t a city where you want to spend tons of time in your accommodation anyway. This place gives you exactly what you need: a comfortable, clean base with enough space to spread out and the freedom to come and go as you please. The 8.4 rating makes sense when you experience it — it’s not trying to be flashy or over-the-top, just genuinely good at what it does. For the price point and location, you’d be hard-pressed to find something better that gives you this much independence while staying in one of Milan’s most livable neighborhoods.

  La posizione è eccezionale, a due passi dalla metro Moscova e da autobus e tram. Inoltre Parco Sempione è molto vicino. Insomma, la posizione è strategica.
  L'appartamento è molto carino, il letto è comodissimo e c'è anche un terrazzino per rilassarsi.
  
  What could be improved: Non c'era né zucchero, né tè, né caffè.
  Inoltre il deposito di 350€ richiesto è un po' estrema come precauzione – mi rendo conto dei danni che possano essere arrecati alla struttura ma una quota del genere è un po' esagerata. Sarebbe più consono richiedere un'assicurazione di viaggio.

  What could be improved: Nobody is there!!No reception,!!everything is communicate with digital media.read the instructions properly otherwise having a big obstacle.If office is closed,then nobody is there to help and talk.
  I booked the hotel Monday till Thursday.Next morning,I kept the key again in that entrance secure box for the safety,but it’s big mistake I made,so read properly all instructions.
  their took out my key from that small box.After I called them many times,Nobody answered.Finally through WhatsApp they replied,But sadly they don’t even know about the guest and room number that check in and check out date .Just took out the key and zero common sense.My whole bags are inside the room.But one police officer helped a lot finally and he is very nice person.And problem solved.Ah….so be careful.

  Don’t expect to clean the room,everything is your own responsibility until check out.Bed mattress is very hard and couldn’t sleep well.Otherwise everything is perfect.Specially location is perfect.

  Absolutely fantastic stay! The apartment's location was amazing, placed in a very beautiful neighborhood, easy to find and super safe thanks to the secured entrance.
  
  Easy access to the metro station and really close to the city center (25 minutes to the doumo by foot).
  
  The bed was comfortable and the room was very spacious. It also has all the useful amenities like the dishwasher, microwaves and a spacious mini-fridge. It has also a big balcony that offers a great view of the street & the park.
  
  The staff were super friendly, professional and they responded very quickly to our questions, helped us during our stay.
  
  Advice: Be aware of the security deposit and read carefully all the information.
  
  Also, I would recommend getting instructions on how to exit the building at the check out a few hours before the actual check-out.
  
  What could be improved: A bit of dust all over the place.

  Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere. The Most friendly and helpful host ever, lovely and great first impression Everything about the apartment was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy . great value for money Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

  What could be improved: I arrived at the apartment at 15:00 (that's when check-in takes place, it's not possible earlier and you don't have anywhere to leave your luggage if you arrive in Milan in the morning, you have to look for storage around the city, but being Saturday when we arrived, all of them were closing at 1:30 p.m. When I entered the apartment I found that it had nothing to do with the reserved apartment for which I had paid + another very expensive night + the 350 euro deposit. The apartment they prepared for us was much smaller than the one ordered, the table was not for 4 people, it was for 2 and you could not sit more than one person at the table, the balcony was oriented towards the back of the block, overlooking other blocks, one even stuck to our balcony (horrible).I immediately contacted them, they told me that they have nothing to do and that if it doesn't suit me to leave. This at 15:00 in Milan when I came on vacation, how to look for accommodation at that time when the reservation was made 2 months before. They told me that the first night is free and I get 10% of the price paid for the other nights. But that's not what I needed, I needed to stay in the reserved room, facing the boulevard, it was not possible. Although I had one more night reserved, they called me to check out, when I told them we had one more night, they were very surprised and didn't believe me until I sent them the email from booking. They sent some people who disturbed us to work on the air installation. I told them to leave by the door, and the company kept insisting that we receive them even though we had something else to do and at that moment we were leaving the room. Walls were dirty, the tiles in the bathroom had stains. Don't be influenced by the pictures, they are not the real thing, in reality it is totally different, different room, different conditions.
