  The location is amazing – 10 minutes walk from Duomo or from Bocconi university. Two bathrooms are also a plus. And the host was responsive – when I had any issues, he was reachable via whatsapp and sent a currier to satisfy my needs.

  The location was flooded prior, with the hardwood floor all damaged and partially removed. The worst is the ceiling has black mold in living area and bathroom The property manager was grossely missrepresenting the condition, and refuse to issue a refund and cancelation.   What could be improved: The door was not working when we arrived. People from the apartment complex who were coming in and out just let us in. The washing machine was not working as well. Somebody had to stay in the apartment to wait for somebody to come, and the parts were not available because it was the weekend! Wasted a whole day instead of exploring the city! They should have checked that before we even came! They also left the washing machine in the middle of the kitchen!
