The building itself is modern but understated — you’re not going to find marble lobbies or grand chandeliers here, but that’s sort of the point.

Location & Getting Around

The Bicocca area isn’t exactly central Milan, I’ll be honest, but it’s got this authentic neighborhood feel that tourist-heavy zones just don’t have. You’re about a 20-minute metro ride from the Duomo, and the Bicocca-Zara station is pretty walkable from the hotel. What I really liked is how you’re surrounded by actual Milanese life — there’s a decent supermarket nearby, some solid local trattorias, and you’ll hear more Italian than English on the streets, which feels genuine.

The Space

Each room here is more like a studio setup with a proper kitchenette, which makes such a difference when you’re traveling. I mean, being able to grab fresh ingredients from the local market and cook something simple — or just store leftovers from that amazing dinner you couldn’t finish — it’s surprisingly liberating. The spaces are clean and functional, though don’t expect cutting-edge design. Everything works well, the Wi-Fi is solid, and there’s actually decent storage space for longer stays.

Practical Perks

The staff here genuinely seem to care about making your stay work, and they’re particularly good with practical questions about getting around the city. There’s parking available too, which anyone who’s tried to park in Milan will appreciate. The restaurant on-site isn’t anything spectacular, but it serves reliable food when you don’t feel like venturing out. Breakfast is pretty standard continental fare — nothing fancy, but it gets the job done.

  Clean and tidy room, had everything you need for a quick stay, the receptionist was kind. Definitely not luxurious or fancy, just regular room to sleep and spend the day out.

  Despite we checked in very late, the staff still patiently wait for us.
  The room is clean and quiet, very close to tram stops to get tram 2 and 4.
  despite the room is not so big, but it was surprisingly well equipped with many cooking utensils, as well as a small kitchen.
  A big bonus is the building is equipped with elevator.
  it is well surrounded by many restaurants and cafe too.

  Close to one of the main streets and it's easy to reach public transport station or Metro.
  We were lucky to have silent neighbors. Room was clean.

  The room was very clean and the radiator worked very well
  The kitchen was well equipped even with a microwave, and there is free water in the fridge!
  The toilet and shower room is separated, which is convenient.
