The beds are properly comfortable (not just hotel-marketing comfortable), and the bathrooms have that rainfall shower situation that actually works. What I appreciated most was the soundproofing — you’d never guess you’re in such a lively neighborhood.

Fresh pastries, proper espresso, and they’ve got both Italian classics and international options without trying to be everything to everyone. There’s a restaurant on-site that serves solid contemporary Italian food, though honestly, with all the canal-side dining options outside, you might find yourself eating out most nights. The fitness area is compact but has what you need, and there’s parking available — which in Milan is basically a miracle.

  A cozy apartment in a great location, ideal for two people. The Navigli district, with its canal-side restaurants, is an ideal place to relax in the evening after a full day of sightseeing. The apartment's excellent soundproofing allows you to relax peacefully even during the opening hours of the restaurants and bars, despite the crowds outside the window. The metro and tram are a few minutes' walk away, which take you directly to the city center (Duomo, Scala, etc.), but it takes no more than 20-25 minutes to get there on foot.
  
  What could be improved: It wasn't really like that. Maybe the double duvet was unusual, but that's just a matter of taste and habit.

  What could be improved: It’s really loud. The description should advise it’s above the main bar area in Navigli. There entrance(s) are difficult – you have 4 locks to get through. There are also several hazards in the bathroom (sharp pipe work and a damaged door frame). The host has an unfriendly tone.

  Es ist sehr nah beim kleinen Kanal in einem lebhaften Quartier. Wir haben trotzdem gut geschlafen. Es gab eine sehr feine Teesorte zum aufbrühen. Sehr modern eingerichtetes Zimmer.
  
  What could be improved: Leider war gegenüber dem Kanal an einem Baugerüst ein sehr heller Werbebildschirm der bis spät in die Nacht Werbung ausstrahlte. Das Badezimmer war trotz der kleinen Heizung sehr kalt.

  The apartment is much more modern than the typical Italian home. The kitchen is fully equipped, making meal preparation easy. The bathroom is clean and spacious enough. The rest of the apartment felt fresh, and waking up to the view of the canal every morning was a treat. The host was very friendly, and the check-in and check-out processes were seamless. There was also an adapter for the poweraoutlet. Highly recommended for solo or duo travelers.
  
  What could be improved: This can be either a pro or a con, depending on your preferences. The street outside is very quiet in the mornings but becomes crowded in the evening. There are numerous bars and restaurants nearby, along with a few street vendors selling various items. As a result, noise levels persist until midnight. Personally, I prefer a quieter setting, perhaps a block or two away, though that means sacrificing the canal view.

  Massimo und Corinne sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Das Appartement ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber (übertrifft schweizer Standard!).
  
  What could be improved: Jetzt im Winter war es ruhig, im Sommer wird man kaum bei offenem Fenster schlafen können, aber dafür hat es eine Klimaanlage.

  Så mysig liten lägenhet som var nyrenoverad och jättefräsch! Sköna sängar. Det ligger ovanför restauranger så är man känslig för ljud och vill ha fönster öppet bör man veta det. Fanns fungerande ac så inga problem för oss. Fin utsikt över floden och promenadavstånd till centrum shopping och sevärdheter. Underbart trevlig värd som vi hade fin kontakt med. Kom ihåg att ha cash för att betala serviceavgift vid avgång :)…vi kommer definitivt boka detta igen nästa gång vi kommer till Milano!
