  The location to central Milan was really nice. It had an elevator to get between floors which was super helpful with bags. The air conditioner worked really well!

  Great location, the check in was really easy.
  I traveled with my dog and there was a dog park just in front of the aparrment! We were around 10 minutes away from city center. There was a supermarket 3 minutes away

  What could be improved: Apartment is tired and in a bad state of repair. It does not looking anything like the photos as advertised.
  
  The air conditioning is clogged and dusty and can se this hasn’t been cleaned for a long time and has lead to me having a very bad cough. The bath was dirty on arrival and clearly not cleaned as was the balcony and hand rails.
  
  Staff were unhelpful, stubborn, non sympathetic and rude.
  
  Surprised with a €350 security deposit on arrival when there isn’t even €350 worth of items in the apartment. The wardrobe is old, damaged and broken, the cupboards are empty, there is no decorations and the walls are dirty.
  
  When I raised the cleanliness I was told someone will clean tomorrow afternoon. I needed to have a shower before then so it lead to me cleaning the bath myself.

  Nice appartement with everything we needed. Close to the center. Peace full area
  
  What could be improved: Dirty balcony. dish brush and equipment lacked. A little Hard to check out with all the locked doors, we had to hold them open while one ran up with the keys.

  Everything was as Pictures and as the describtion said
  Good location close to tram and chinatown
  And from there it is easy to get to the duomo center
  The house is very comfortable and I really recommend it
