The area around Via Daniele Ricciarelli has this lived-in feel with local cafés and shops that haven’t been taken over by tourists yet. Plus, if you’re into football, well, you’re practically next door to the San Siro stadium.

Francesco runs this place with that Italian attention to detail that you either get or you don’t — and he definitely gets it. The apartment feels like someone’s actual home rather than a sterile hotel room, which I really appreciated. Recent guests have been rating the location pretty highly, and I can see why.   Ottimo monolocale nei pressi di San Siro, venti minuti a piedi, con un buon arredamento dove si fa pure raccolta differenziata. Letti comodi e soppalco con altri due posti ideale per famiglie o gruppi. Un po distante da bar o ristoranti ma neanche troppo, consiglio il Blu Marina dove ho mangiato benissimo a prezzi giusti nella strada per andare allo Stadio. Aria condizionata e Air dresser presenti

  I loved the location, which was perfect for attending a concert at the San Siro, but was also accessible from the main tourist areas by public transport. About a 10-minute walk to the nearest subway, which is on a direct line to Duomo. The apartment had ample space and was very well equipped. The efficient check-in procedure with a keycoded entry meant no problems getting in despite my flight being badly delayed.
  
  What could be improved: A written guide to the apartment and its equipment would have been a big help.

  The check-in process is automated, which allowed us to enter the property quite late, as our flight landed late in the night. The instruction for entering the studio were easy to understand and follow. The studio is very well equipped and spacious.
  
  What could be improved: There air in the studio was humid and it was hard to ventilate, as the windows looked out directly on the street. Therefore, it was not possible to have the blinds open or the window completely open. There was not a lot of natural light in the studio.

  What could be improved: Lo scarico del bagno difettoso, si blocca spesso e l'acqua continua a scorrere con la vaschetta posta a fianco al letto sul soppalco.
  L'appartamento è al piano terra, per cui le finestre aperte danno direttamente sulla strada.
  Credo sia piccolo per ospitare 5 persone.

  quaint, comfortable – all facilities needed for a short / medium stay. Lots of gadgets and gizmos that we didn't use but might be useful to anyone staying for longer. There also seem to be a number of well rated food places in the area, outside of main City Centre
  
  What could be improved: The shutter to open for some fresh air opens up exactly on street level, which is has quite some foot traffic. Neverthless this can be opened mid-way. As the pictures show clearly, one must be mobile and able to go up a small staircase/ladder to the bed.. makes it fun though!

  Les équipements, l'appartement est très beau.
  Deux stations de métro à moins de 10 minutes à pied.
  L'hôte est joignable facilement, le système de check in et check out est très bien.
  
  What could be improved: Rien. Peut-être mettre à disposition un plan du métro ainsi qu'un feuillet (autre que celui sur le placard) pour bien expliquer le tri.
  Mais c'est vraiment pour dire quelque chose.

  What could be improved: The lock on the door of the appartment, at random times produces a sound like its being oppened. Not a fun experiance to hear in the middle of the night. This happened all 3nights i stayed in the apartment
