The apartment itself is straightforward but functional. I mean, it’s not going to win any design awards, but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable enough after long days walking around the city. The kitchen setup is basic but works if you want to grab groceries from the Esselunga downstairs and save some euros on meals. The Wi-Fi was decent, which honestly matters more than fancy decor when you’re trying to navigate a new city.

Getting Around

What really sold me on this place was how easy it made exploring Milan. Sure, you’re not stumbling out your door onto the Navigli, but the trade-off is worth it. Parking is actually manageable in this area if you’re driving, which is rare for Milan. Plus, you’ve got the Bosco Verticale towers right there — those Instagram-famous green buildings that everyone talks about. Sometimes I’d just walk over with my morning coffee and people-watch.

  This apartment is in an excellent location with good connections to the city centre and the San Siro via the nearby Metro stations and tram. It's situated on a wide residential street that has a number of nearby restaurants and bars (Akkademia is a great bar for quiet late evening drinks). The communication from the hosts was excellent and the key pick up was simple with helpful video instructions sent via WhatsApp. Thanks!
  
  What could be improved: The apartment has everything that you need for a short stay in Milan and we found it perfectly fine for our one night stay but it wasn't quite as clean as it could be (hence the Good rather than Exceptional rating) and be careful with the shower as the water does not drain away quickly [not a problem but long showers probably not a good idea :-)].
