The room itself lives up to the “deluxe” part of the name — I was pleasantly surprised by how much space they managed to carve out in this historic building. The design walks that fine line between contemporary comfort and Italian elegance without feeling stuffy or overly formal. What really caught my attention was the attention to detail: proper blackout curtains (essential for those summer mornings when the sun hits early), and a bathroom that actually has counter space for your toiletries.

Daily Rhythms

Mornings here feel authentically Milanese. The staff knows their coffee — I mean, this is Milan, so they’d better — and they’ll point you toward the local bars where you can grab a proper cornetto and espresso standing at the counter like the locals do. There’s no grand restaurant on-site, but honestly, that works in your favor because it pushes you to explore the incredible dining scene that’s literally outside your door.

  Tiny room, but had everything we needed for a short stay. The shower and AC worked well. The electric shutter on the window is a nice touch for sleeping. The location is great for walking to any of the sites, restaurants or shopping. The building is nice and the person at the front desk helped us get a taxi. I had good communication with the host.
  
  What could be improved: Yes, there was a good amount of communication, but what wasn't communicated was that the whole street is a construction zone. The shock of that when we were dropped off, could have been avoided with some notice. They are also doing construction in the building and were making noise just outside our room, so sleeping past 7:00 was not possible. Maybe because the host are remote they don't know this, but they should.

  It is a room but perfectly adequate for a one or two night stay. We had 2 large suitcases and there was enough space
  If you turn right out of the apartment you hit the university district which had a great atmosphere in the evening and drinks and food weren’t as expensive as the duomo area

  Excellent location right next to the Missori & Duomo metro stops. Perfect for a one night stay due to it’s proximity to Milan’s main attractions.
  
  However, the room is quite cramped and doesn’t provide a city view as stated in the description. The room is located next to a service elevator with people walking past the door late at night and early in the morning which was unsettling. As we checked in on a Sunday there was no one at the reception desk, so we had to use the ‘Vikey’ online check in process, which relies on an internet connection.
  
  Overall, the location made the stay worthwhile, although we wouldn’t recommend staying more than one night.

  The property was perfectly located a stones throw away from all the action. The owners are professional and there to help if need be. My wife and I felt very safe walking back to our room late at night. We will definitely re-book a stay here the next time we are in Milan.
