  Location is very good and bathroom is spacious, clean modern and new.
  
  What could be improved: The beds in the living room were uncomfortable and creaked with every movement. Some bed linen was dirty and we had ants. The host reacted quickly and removed them, but the next day they were still there until we removed them completely. We were there 4 days and ceaning lady was just one time to remove ants.

  La cercanía y la facilidad para encontrar el apartamento. Los anfitriones nos dieron en todo momento todos los datos necesarios para acceder, la recogida de llaves fue bastante fácil. Se encuentra cerca de la estación Porta Garibaldi, tener en cuenta que no es la principal, pero tiene muy buenas conexiones.
  
  What could be improved: El alojamiento le faltaba limpieza, había polvo y algunas sábanas y mantas no estaban limpias. Además, la calefacción no iba bien, era como un aire acondicionado que tienes que activar, hace bastante ruido por las noches y no calienta bastante. Las camas del salón son bajas, no son para gente mayor y poco cómodas.

  Grundsätzlich war die Wohnung in Ordnung.
  Das Bad war super und das Bett auch.
  
  What could be improved: Check-in im Vorfeld- wir haben die Daten, trotz Nachfrage nicht bekommen und mussten dann 45 Minuten im Hausflur per Handy alle Daten übertragen 🙁 . Die Kurtaxe war noch offen und durfte ausschließlich per Kreditkarte beglichen werden. Ein Check-in ohne Bezahlung der Kurtaxe wurde verweigert – wir hatten keine Kreditkarte dabei . Das war sehr ärgerlich und hätte vor Anreise geklärt werden können.

  Die Lage ist super und das Appartment ist schön eingerichtet.
  
  What could be improved: Die Wohnung war zur Check-in Zeit noch nicht sauber.
  Es gab nur eine Klopapier Rolle und mein Ersatz.
  Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war auch eher schwierig.
