  Very equipped, clean and modern.
  
  What could be improved: The lack of double-glazed windows resulted in a very poor sleep quality; it felt like the trams were passing right through our room the whole night. It didn’t even feel like the windows were closed. Matter of fact, i had to get up and double-check.

  Super location near Duomo. Only 5 minutes walking. Owner is very sweet, helped with parking for my car. Apartment is not small, had everything we needed.

  – The location of the apartment is excellent, about 200 meters from Duomo. You can go everywhere easily by foot and the surrounding area is safe, with police present nearby. A mini market is at the opposite side of the road, and many choices for food are very near.
  – The communication with the owner (Sophie) was excellent. She answered quickly and she was very informative.
  – The apartment was very convenient and clean, except a minor incident with a crawling bug.
  – The toilet was very clean.
  – Everything in the apartment was working OK.
  – The room air conditioning was very good.
  – Having in mind the apartment location and the summer period, the price of the room was decent.
  
  What could be improved: – The first night we found a crawling bug at the floor, but this didn't spoil our positive impression of our staying.
  – The air conditioning in the bedroom couldn't be turned off, but you can always raise the temperature.
  – Despite the fact that we were staying at the 4th floor, the noise from the trams at the street was significant, but nothing too disturbing.
  – The matrice in the bedroom was extremely soft for our taste.
  – There was no TV in the bedroom, only in the living room.

  The location was epic
  Andrea and Sophia were very responsive ,nice professional and accommodating.
  The place was clean they left water and coffee for us to kick off our stay.
  Around the place were lots of cafes, bars and restaurants. Carrefour was in front of the building
  They even managed to give us the room early.
  
  What could be improved: The bed wasn’t a real bed, it was a sofa.
