  First and foremost, the host was extremely welcoming and open. We arrived a little after checkin time, but they were very open and kind to us. They were also very responsive on whatsapp for communication and assisting us with any enquiry we had. The property was comfortably sized for the European standards. Extremely clean and tidy, toiletries were provided as well as housekeeping. Open balcony with seating, which was the exact reason i booked this apartment, and the weather was great to sit every morning with a coffee and enjoy the fall weather.
  
  What could be improved: Location to the Duomo center is a bit of a walk around 30-40 minutes which isn’t ideal when it’s raining. Public transport was the option we went with, closest bus and tram stations were 10-12 minutes walk. Otherwise, location is extremely close to Corso Como 5-7 minutes walk where shops, cafes and restaurants are available.

  Good location, nice apartment. Sadly booking.com directed us to the wrong address. Not great when you’re arriving late and it’s hot. Host waited patiently and waved the late arrival fee, thank you.
