  The size of the apartment is very nice. The location of the apartment for walking around the city is perfect. The apartment is kept up to date. The building is nice and safe. The linens were clean. It is a very short distance from the train station. The WiFi works great. Once you figure out the washing machine it does work.
  
  What could be improved: It is very noisy for sleeping but it is in the city so that is life, bring ear plugs. The living room we could not use. Maybe the owners just put a new sofa in. The smell of the treatment on the sofa was too irritating to stay in the room. Not sure what the point of having portable racks for the clothes if there are no clothes-hangers. The second set of pillows had no pillow cases. The washing machine needs to have instructions that hidden key is not intuitive luckily we found a video. After we cleaned the shower head it was much better, before that streams of water shot everywhere like pins and needles. The electrical outlets are a bit loose but it is an old building. The bed was the smallest of all during our stay in Italy, the room could easily accommodate a larger bed. The mattress is one of those memory foam mattresses that are like quicksand, some might like this type of mattress. The refrigerator temperature is inconsistent, it freezes fruit. There is no place to store luggage until you leave, you'll have to hunt around for a company that does this.

  Everything was great and the host was very friendly!

  What could be improved: There are just two things I hope the host can improve soon:
  The warm water was not always available.
  The mattress on the sofa bed was too firm, which could be uncomfortable for people with back pain. I would recommend a medium-firm mattress instead.

  This apartment is light and spacious. It is in a pretty central location with a train station a minute down the road. We really enjoyed our stay here.
  
  What could be improved: The shower was cold and I asked the host for help to fix it and they never got back to me. There also wasn’t any dish soap or cloths to clean up dishes after use. A lot of plug sockets also couldn’t be used, even in the kitchen for the appliances.
