  Buena ubicación y espacio sala-cocina amplio y cómodo. La cama y las almohadas son muy cómodas.

  L'appartamento è in posizione eccellente, molto vicino alla stazione centrale ed a 2 passi dalla fermata del tram che in 15 minuti ti porta in pieno centro; situato a 2 passi da Corso Buenos Aires, nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono bar, ristoranti, pizzerie e supermercati. Il quartiere è molto tranquillo. La soluzione è esattamente quella descritta ed è stato molto facile contattare l'assistenza, gentile e disponibile nel risolvere una situazione inerente l'accesso all'appartamento.

  J’ai apprécié l’emplacement, tout était facile d’accès du à sa localisation
  
  What could be improved: Je n’ai pas apprécié le fait qu’on est dû se débrouiller seul pour le check in pour entrer dans les lieux. Nous avons dû attendre que quelqu’un sorte du bâtiment pour qu’on nous laisse y entrer car les personnes en charge du check in ne répondaient pas.
  De plus j’ai tenté de cuisiner en utilisant les plaques de cuisson, qui ne fonctionnent pratiquement pas. Il a fallut attendre 2 heures, sans exagération, pour avoir quelque chose.
  Ceux sont les deux seuls points à améliorer d’après moi.

  The neighbourhood didn’t look safe (there are were weird looking people around after 19:00 and the street is full of graffiti) but it was just 10 min walk to the central station and few min to metro
  
  What could be improved: We were 3 people but the flat was prepared for 2 people
  I asked to bring linens for the third person they promised to bring them but no one showed up…the following day I wrote them again and was promised to receive them again and no one showed up again ! And when I told them that no one brought any linens or towels they just responded :” we are sorry” as the result my mom had to sleep on the sofa without any linens which is not hygienic and comfortable…All of us couldn’t take a shower the same evening as one of us had to wait for the towel to dry which was used by an other person…
  Bedroom didn’t have a window and there wasn’t fresh air and it was warm to sleep as AC didn’t work!
  Also I found it weird to see mop and other cleaning products in the wardrobe…
  In the morning when it was the time for check out the person working for the company came I asked him why no one brought any linens and towels ? He said that he wasn’t even informed about the issue…and then disappeared without saying sorry or bye…
