Your Home Base

The room I stayed in was surprisingly spacious for Milan standards — and trust me, space is precious in this city. Everything felt modern and clean, with that minimalist Italian design that somehow makes even small spaces feel airy. The bed was comfortable enough that I actually slept well (which doesn’t always happen when I travel), and the bathroom had good water pressure. Nothing groundbreaking, but all the essentials done right, plus some thoughtful touches like proper blackout curtains that actually work.

Practical Perks

What really won me over were the little things that make a difference when you’re exploring a city like Milan. The staff genuinely knows the area — they gave me restaurant recommendations that weren’t just the obvious touristy spots, but places where I ended up having some of my best meals. The building stays quiet at night, which is honestly a blessing when you’re trying to recharge after walking around the fashion district all day. And while there isn’t a full restaurant on-site, the breakfast setup they have works perfectly fine, especially since you’re surrounded by authentic Italian cafes anyway.

  The apartment is spacious and located in a good, quiet area.
  
  What could be improved: Hard to say, but it wasn’t the best stay. The apartment isn’t as bright as in the pics and needs some refreshing — it feels a bit neglected and was quite dirty (e.g. the bathroom floor, walls, cups, crumbs in the couch, dirty freezer and so on ). I asked for two sets of bedding for two beds, only one bed was prepared, and the extra duvet was badly stained.

  "La mia esperienza in questo appartamento è stata davvero eccezionale! La serietà dello staff è stata impeccabile, sempre disponibile e pronto a rispondere a ogni nostra esigenza con professionalità e cordialità. L'appartamento, poi, è un vero gioiello: ricco di comfort e dotato di tutto il necessario per trascorrere un soggiorno piacevole e senza pensieri. La posizione è perfetta per muoversi con facilità: vicina ai principali mezzi di trasporto e a pochi passi da attrazioni importanti. Infine, il quartiere si è rivelato molto tranquillo, ideale per rilassarsi dopo una giornata fuori. Consigliatissimo!

  Support from the staff. They solved the problems which should not have been there in the first place.
  
  What could be improved: Wasn't as clean as expected, the communication was very complicated, some information on booking.com, other via email, than also whatsapp, all pretty confusing. The dishwasher was overflowing when we arrived. No normal European sheets, more the American type I guess.
