The Porta Romana metro station is maybe a seven-minute walk, which isn’t bad when you’re hauling luggage.

The Room

My room was compact but thoughtfully designed — someone clearly understood how to make small spaces work. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, and I mean that genuinely after sleeping on some questionable mattresses during my Italy trip. What I loved most was the little kitchenette setup; having a mini-fridge and basic cooking facilities saved me a fortune on breakfast and late-night snacks. The bathroom was modern enough, though the shower was one of those European affairs where you accidentally flood the entire floor if you’re not careful.

The staff operates more like helpful neighbors than formal hotel employees, which works well if you’re comfortable with a laid-back approach. There’s no fancy lobby to speak of — just a simple reception area where they’ll store your bags and give you surprisingly good local recommendations. I discovered an amazing gelato spot three streets over thanks to their suggestion, the kind of place that doesn’t show up in guidebooks. The building itself is quiet, probably because most guests are seasoned travelers who chose this spot for the same reasons I did.

It’s clean, functional, and puts you in a part of Milan where you can actually experience the city rather than just photograph it.   Monolocale perfetto per un soggiorno a Milano. Appena imbiancato e profumato di nuovo, con tutti i comfort necessari. Il bagno è moderno e dotato di una doccia spaziosa, mentre il divano letto matrimoniale è davvero comodo. Il Wi-Fi ad alta velocità mi ha permesso di lavorare senza alcun problema. Check-in semplice e comunicazione impeccabile con l’host. Ottima posizione, a due passi dalla metro di Porta Romana e circondato da bar e ristoranti. Ci tornerò sicuramente!

  Soggiorno perfetto! Il monolocale, sebbene di piccole dimensioni, è dotato di tutti i comfort necessari e si trova in una zona ricca di servizi: bar, ristoranti e supermercati a pochi passi. La posizione è davvero strategica, con la metro vicinissima che permette di raggiungere facilmente sia il centro che la stazione. Comunicazione con l’host impeccabile e check-in semplice e puntuale. Consigliatissimo!

  What could be improved: il monolocale è davvero piccolo, ha spazi angusti, anche se è fornito di tutto. mi pare perfetto per una sola notte.
  nell'appartamento c'erano 3 capsule per il caffè, noi eravamo in due, si potevano lasciare almeno 2 per persona..
  non mi è piaciuta la gestione amministrativa, ho chiesto fattura intestata all'azienda per cui lavoro, chiedendo prima del soggiorno, e contattando molte volte dopo, la fattura è arrivata a mio nome, quindi inutile, e dopo diverse richieste ancora non l'ho ricevuta corretta. per il prezzo che ho pagato dovrebbe essere la base accogliere le richieste. ad ogni modo se soggiornate breve tempo va bene!

  Excelente ubicación con muchos restaurantes y cafeterías cerca, al igual que la línea del metro. La decoración del lugar muy bonita y acogedora, tal cual aparece en las fotos. La anfitriona siempre está disponible para cualquier pregunta. Bonita estadía.

  What could be improved: Apparte il fatto non è una appartamento come lo descrivono poi nn ci è piaciuto:
  Il letto scomodissimo, bagno sia bidè che lavandino piccolino e poi c’era brutto odore
  Le pulizie nn erano il massimo delle igiene
  E poi le chiavi di scorta non si lasciano sotto al tappeto al di fuori della porta perché chiunque può entrare!!!
