Easylife – Milano – Seveso 44 – Centrale Overview
First Impressions
Walking up to Easylife – Milano – Seveso 44 – Centrale, you immediately get that this isn’t your typical four-star hotel experience. It’s more like stepping into a well-designed urban apartment building — which, honestly, is exactly what makes it work so well in Milan. The entrance on Via Ponte Seveso feels refreshingly understated, and I mean that in the best way possible. You’re not dealing with marble lobbies or doormen in white gloves, but there’s something genuinely welcoming about the modern, clean aesthetic they’ve got going on here.
The Stazione Centrale Advantage
Here’s what I love about this location — you’re literally a few minutes’ walk from Milano Centrale station, which sounds touristy until you realize how brilliant it actually is. Sure, you’ve got direct connections to both airports, but more importantly, you can hop on the metro and be in the Duomo area in about ten minutes. The Porta Garibaldi district is right there too, and honestly, this whole area has transformed into one of the city’s most dynamic neighborhoods. I’ve stayed in fancier parts of Milan that felt way more isolated than this spot.
The Room Experience
The room setup here is what really sets this place apart from standard hotel chains. Each space feels more like a temporary Milan apartment than a hotel room — and I actually mean that as high praise. The kitchenette isn’t just for show; it’s properly equipped if you want to grab groceries from the Esselunga down the street and make your own coffee in the morning. The beds are comfortable enough, and you know what really impressed me? The soundproofing is surprisingly good for being so close to a major train station. I was expecting noise issues, but honestly slept better here than at some places in quieter parts of the city.
Practical Perks
The parking situation deserves a mention because, well, it’s Milan — finding a decent spot to leave your car can be a nightmare in most areas. They’ve actually sorted this out properly, which saves you both money and stress if you’re driving in. The building itself feels secure and well-maintained, and the staff genuinely seems to know the neighborhood. They’ll point you toward the best local spots without trying to upsell you on tourist traps, which I always appreciate.
Why Guests Love It
Look, couples absolutely rave about this location, and after staying here, I totally get why they’re rating it so highly for romantic trips. You’re close enough to everything that matters, but you’re also in a real Milan neighborhood where locals actually live and work. The morning walk to grab pastries and coffee feels authentic rather than performative. It’s not the fanciest place you’ll ever stay, but there’s something refreshing about a hotel that focuses on getting the fundamentals right — good location, comfortable space, fair pricing — without trying to be something it’s not. For exploring Milan without breaking the bank or dealing with tourist-heavy areas, this spot really delivers.
Locals suggest to book apartments in Milan around Porta Romana for vintage markets, trattoria spots, and tree-lined avenues.

If you plan to stay to catch train then its ok.if u have small kids and need to cook, maybe find other option. Unless th – Nurul from Malaysia – 22 June 2025 (6/10)
Only location near main train station cause we have to catch early morning trains for 2days to visit venice and swiss. So its convenient.
What could be improved: I cant cook there although they have everythings but the electricity will kick off the main switch when we use the stoves. U cant turn on all the lights aircond and stove at the same time. It happend more than 10x and its so irritates me. They use portable aircond which not so cold but helpful in summer. And washroom is too cramp. I cant even give my kids proper shower cause there is no place to stand in front of shower door make me angry.Easy access and comfortable. – Greta from Albania – 15 November 2024 (9/10)
The house was just 7 min away from Milano Centrale, very easy to find and too clear instructions to enter the apartment which it was very helpful. The apartment was clean and warm enough and also a beautiful view from the window. The kitchen facilities were more than enough, including also a coffee maker which I like a lot. The bathroom was small but cute and filled with all the necessities.
What could be improved: Slippers were missing. It is a common issue I have found almost all around Italy and I don't know why, but in my opinion it is a detail that needs to be present in order to help the customer.Good – Mohamed from Egypt – 22 October 2024 (7/10)
Location.
What could be improved: The bed was not comfortable at all.
The bathroom is very small, you even can't use the toilet in a proper way.Good – Harshad from United States – 12 June 2024 (7/10)

What could be improved: the bed wasn't very comftable
Homey flat in downtown – Zita from Hungary – 19 November 2023 (10/10)
Amazing view, you can see the snowy Alps if you look to the right right leaning out from the window.
Room is very thoughtfully designed, cool furnitures and accessories.
There's also a Nespresso machine.
What could be improved: We could use some electric distributors/extensions as there are not enough power sockets. Not as good as Initial Impression – Hit from United Kingdom – 30 October 2023 (7/10)
The location and first impression was great, but then you have to reorganise things to make it useable. No proper Aircon, so instead a noisy portable unit which you had to switch off to get to sleep.
What could be improved: Noisy aircon and when you switched that off and opened the windows, very noisy from the street. Problem with the door lock, which we should have been told about, small bathroom with old and worn out units. Very small shower with shower head that was poor and would not stay in position. A confusing mix of kitchen equipment that hasn't been properly considered. Dangerous and unstable side tables which fall over unless item put in centre. Poor WiFiWe enjoyed our stay in the apartment. The location was outstanding which is crucial for sightseeing purposes. – Monika from Poland – 7 July 2023 (8/10)
Great location near Central Railway Station and metro; really clean, fresh towels; good contact with the host who was really helpful; well equipped kitchen.
What could be improved: Unfortunately there was no kettle (even though it’s shown on the photo); door hard to open; air conditioning issues.Loved it!! – Clara from Spain – 17 May 2023 (10/10)
the apartment was very clean and had all the appliances we needed. It was also close to the central station and close to the tram lines that head to the center
Budget friendly – Kubra from Turkey – 16 April 2023 (6/10)
Room was enough for two people. Location was good. The owner responded to my texts really quick and it was helpful. Thank you.
What could be improved: I saw balcony in the pictures and in the comments but there was not a balcony or a terrace in our apartment. Apartment was a bit cold in the evening but it was centralized system and the heat was turned off in the building so there was nothing to do about it, this may be a general thing in Italy. But it was generally good place to stay
