The building itself has that understated Milanese elegance — clean lines, modern touches, but nothing flashy. When I first walked up, I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect from the name, but the entrance immediately signals this is a well-run, thoughtful operation.

Location & Neighborhood

Porta Venezia is one of those Milan neighborhoods that locals actually live in, which means you’ll find proper cafés, small groceries, and that authentic daily rhythm that’s hard to stumble upon near the Duomo. The Porta Venezia metro stop is maybe five minutes away, putting you two stops from the city center. What I really appreciated was having Corso Buenos Aires — Milan’s longest shopping street — right there when I needed to grab something, but being tucked away enough that evenings felt genuinely peaceful.

The Space

Each unit is essentially an apartment setup, which makes so much sense if you’re staying more than a couple nights. The kitchen isn’t huge, but it’s actually functional — I mean, you can cook real meals here, not just heat things up. My room had this clean, minimalist design that felt very Milan without being cold. The bathroom was modern and well-maintained, though if you’re tall, the shower might feel a bit snug.

Practical Details

This four-star property handles the basics really well. The Wi-Fi actually works throughout the building, which honestly can’t be said for every place in the city center. There’s no on-site restaurant, but that’s sort of the point — you’ve got a proper kitchen and you’re in a real neighborhood with actual dining options. Parking can be arranged, though like everywhere in Milan, it’s not cheap and street parking requires some local knowledge.

Why Guests Love It

Look, if you want marble lobbies and concierge services, this isn’t your spot. But if you want to live like a Milanese person for a week — making morning coffee in your own space, walking to the local market, taking the metro like everyone else — this place gets it right. The staff knows the neighborhood and can point you toward the good stuff, and the price point makes sense for what you’re getting. It’s that sweet spot between a sterile hotel room and the uncertainty of a random apartment rental.

  Ho soggiornato in questa splendida casa a Milano e l’esperienza è stata davvero impeccabile. L’appartamento è moderno, luminoso e arredato con grande cura: ogni dettaglio, dai materiali di qualità agli spazi ben distribuiti, contribuisce a creare un ambiente accogliente e rilassante.
  
  La camera da letto con bagno privato è un vero punto di forza: spaziosa, silenziosa e dotata di un idromassaggio che rende il soggiorno ancora più piacevole e rigenerante. Un comfort raro da trovare e davvero apprezzato dopo una giornata in città.
  
  Anche la posizione è ottima: zona tranquilla, ben collegata e comoda per raggiungere qualsiasi punto di Milano. L’appartamento offre tutto ciò che serve, dalla cucina attrezzata alla climatizzazione, il tutto mantenuto in condizioni impeccabili.
  
  Un ringraziamento speciale alla Easy Life e allo staff, sempre cortesi, gentili e super disponibili. La loro professionalità e attenzione verso gli ospiti fanno davvero la differenza e contribuiscono a rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole.

  المكان ممتاز جداً. 6 دقايق مشي من محطة بورتا فينيزيا وتقريباً 12 دقيقة مع المترو بتوصل للدومو.
  الشقة مرتبة ونظيفة والخدمات المتوفرة ممتازة بشكل استثنائي.
  واحد من الحمامات فيه شطاف والثاني بدون.
  
  What could be improved: بعد ما دفعت الحجز اضطريت ادفع رسوم 88£ ما كنت ادري عنها.
  المكان مزعج جداً، الترام قريب منك. والاسوأ انه فيه مطاعم تحت العمارة ودايم وقت التنظيف الصباح يصدرون اصوات مزعجة بشكل مبالغ فيه. غالباً ما راح تقدر تنام بعد الساعة 6:00 الصباح بسبب الازعاج.

  What could be improved: The location is hard to get inside
  The building is old dirty smelly
  The beds are old bad shape and not comfortable. The duvet on the 2nd bedroom was not even set up.
  The shower is not working in the master. The faucet in the bath tub is broken. We all have to shower in the small bathroom.
