  The location was perfect, very close to the Duomo and the metro station. Even the bus stop and tram stops are at a wall of a few minutes each. The service team is responsive and very helpful. I appreciate how they were very accommodating for our requests.

  Location was fantastic just a short stroll to the duomo cathedral and shops. Apartment is spacious and beds were comfy. Loved this apartment.
  
  What could be improved: Need to provide bigger cups for tea they just had expresso cups. Lots of rules including no music, talk quietly but this would be that the floors must be thin as heard conversations from neighbours upstairs. no clear instructions on where the recycling bins are. A bit of a smell from the en-suite.
