The work setup is legitimately useful if you’re traveling for business — decent Wi-Fi, proper desk space, and enough outlets for all your devices. Parking isn’t included, but there’s a garage nearby (though like anywhere in central Milan, it’s not cheap). The apartment style means you’ve got more space to spread out than a traditional hotel room, which makes longer stays more comfortable.

  The location of the property is excellent. Walk distance from Duomo. Access to all kind of public transportation is in 3-5 min walk. The apartment itself is clean and have a lot of windows, incl roof windows to enable the daylight shine in the apartment. The bath is a great relief for those who spend lot of time outside visiting Milan attractions and museums.
  
  What could be improved: The temperature in the apartment was really warm, was keeping the window opened the whole night. The pillows seems to be overused and lost their shape and comfort. The only downside of the bath is the roof is the slope angle which allowing only child to stand up in the bath. The elevator in the building is slow and small. When travelling with family and many suitcases prepare to use the elevator one-by-one.

  Čistý, pohodlný, pokojný byt s dvomi kupeľňami, v centre mesta, 8 minút k Dómu. Výborné.
  
  What could be improved: Dostali sme len informáciu, že parkovacie miesto patrí k bytu. Ale, že musíme prejsť cez pomerne úzku bránu na dvor domu a potom do tesného autovýťahu, 2 poschodia dole a manévrovať do garážového miesta, to sme netušili. Pre Volkswagen Tiguan to bolo aj so sklopenými spätným zrkadlami na centrimeter tesné.

  Всё было хорошо , за исключением того , что нет кондиционера , а так как на улице днём было + 39 , а ночью + 33 , то это был кошмар. Но я сама виновата , не увидела , что нет кондиционера . Учтите , что въезд в гораж нужно делать через дверь в парадную и на лифте вместе с машиной спускаться на , -' этажи. Мы ели разобрались

  In ons geval pastte de auto niet in de lift en moesten we gebruik maken van de (zeer) dure parkeergarages.

  What could be improved: Unbearably hot with no working air conditioning. It’s a rooftop apartment and the sun from the day roasts the apartment and turns it into a sauna. It got up to 34 Celsius in the house. We couldn’t even sleep at night. The owner said he was “unaware” of the maintenance being done on the a/c unit. This was early June so just imagine July and August. Be sure to check the amenities features for the air conditioning icon when booking this place. If it isn’t on there booking.com can’t do anything about it. Fair warning

  Расположение квартиры замечательное, лучше мы даже не могли представить – до дуомо пять минут пешком. Сама квартира комфортная, тихая, нам очень понравилась. Было чисто, уютно, удобная кровать, чистое белье, много полотенец , мыло, шампуни. Здорово, что есть и ванная, и душевая. Получение ключей удобное. В пешей доступности несколько продуктовых.
  Нам было приятно возвращаться.
  
  What could be improved: Общение с объектом размещения фатальное. Нам не отвечали ни в букинге, ни в ватсапе. Сообщение о регистрации/ссылки на оплату налога и тд выслали не заранее, а в день заселения, что было крайне неудобным. Помимо этого, мы спрашивали есть ли детская кроватка, но, не получив никакого ответа, мы купили и притащили свою. И каково же было наше удивление, что в шкафу мы обнаружили детскую кроватку. Правда без белья и доп матраца для сна, но тем не менее. Было бы здорово, если бы объект размещения проявлял к гостям хоть какое-то внимание и наладил коммуникацию.
  Из минусов – не работал кондиционер. Мы были в межсезонье и возможно его просто отключили.
  Капсулы в кофемашину не подошли, это было странно 🙂
  Не было таблеток для посудомоечной машины.
  Было бы неплохо добавить чуть больше соли/перца/масла.
