  The location is perfect, it's easy to get anywhere thanks to public transport stop that is really near the apartment.
  The location is really well-maintained and clean, I stayed there with a friend and we had a lovely time.
  
  What could be improved: Getting a key to the apartment out of the box was quite a challenge for us, but I cannot say that the instructions weren't clear, everything was described well.

  The apartment is spacious and well-lit, in a lovely neighborhood right in the city center, with easy access to public transport and the Duomo.
  
  What could be improved: I think it would be helpful to have some dry pads available in the bathroom.
  I also couldn’t find any power outlets near the bed for charging devices.
  Unfortunately, the apartment isn’t well soundproofed, even small noises easily pass through the walls and windows.

  The place was quite easy to find as was getting the keys. It is pretty central with lots of nearby transport once you get the hang of the best way to use the system. There are lifts to the apartment which is super helpful if you have luggage. The rooms are clean and spacious. The washing machine works lovely. Overall, it is good if you don't like clutter because it is a little bare, although having said that, I couldn't put my finger on what is missing. The Wi-Fi is great.
  
  What could be improved: There is what looks like an amazing TV but it wasn't working during our stay so we had no benefit from all that it offers. I know it has been mentioned over and over but the damage deposit is far in excess of what is needed. The damage deposit cost more than the whole trip as we were only there for a few days and it is hidden away in the fine print which is where you would expect to find rules that the owner would like to bring to your attention. It would be better where you can see it in additional costs. I know its a small thing if you are eating out, but if you liked to do your own cooking, the cooking utensil are very sparse. They could do with topping up. The number of electrical sockets are too few and far between and there is none whatsoever by where the bed/couch is. On the whole though, it is a good flat.

  Such an amazing apartment on an amazing location. So easy to find and check in, super well instructed and assisted. The apartment is absolutely perfect, cozy, warm, well structured with everything we could need. The location is perfect and quiet with a market next door. Easy access to all means of transportation needed and waling is wonderful too. Super clean and tidy, wonderfully decorated and comfortable. It exceeded our expectations. A perfect stay that I wish to repeat.
