The metro stop is close enough that you can easily reach Navigli for dinner, but far enough that you won’t hear trains all night.

The room I stayed in was compact but thoughtfully designed — and I mean actually thoughtful, not just Pinterest-pretty. Every inch serves a purpose, from the built-in storage that actually fits your suitcase to the desk that’s positioned perfectly for natural light. The bathroom surprised me with its size and the quality of fixtures, which honestly felt more upscale than what you’d expect from a four-star property. The bed was comfortable enough that I kept hitting snooze, which says something when you’re in Milan with a packed itinerary.

What really struck me was how the place operates more like a well-run apartment building than a traditional hotel. The staff knows your name by day two, and they’re genuinely helpful with restaurant recommendations — not just the touristy spots everyone suggests. There’s no formal restaurant on-site, but that actually works in your favor because you’re surrounded by incredible local options. The morning routine feels natural here, grabbing coffee from that corner café I mentioned, then heading out to explore without any of that hotel lobby awkwardness.

  What could be improved: It was difficult to find because there isn’t any big sign anywhere. The name of the property it’s in a board inside the entrance of the building where the property is located (in the six floor). The breakfast was served in the bedroom and the table (desk) was small.

  What could be improved: The room view may not match what you expect from the photos, so don’t be misled. The young receptionist with glasses was rather rude and unhelpful; she didn’t seem welcoming at all and acted as if she was forced to do her job. The entrance to the building is confusing — it doesn’t feel like a proper hotel but more like an Airbnb on one floor of an apartment building. The price–performance ratio was poor, especially considering how expensive it was during our stay. Breakfast was also disappointing; we were not allowed to eat in the dining area, and instead, a tray was delivered to the room with very limited options (3/10).

  The location was perfect and the room was so much more premium than the photos showed. The shower was the best of any hotel I’ve stayed in and the bed was so comfy. The balcony was lovely and the self controlled air conditioning was amazing
  
  What could be improved: The window/door could have done with a black out curtain layer as the light from the rooms next to us made our room very bright overnight which made it a little bit difficult to get to sleep. Our room’s balcony didn’t have a view of the duomo itself but was still lovely
