This three-star spot on Corso di Porta Vittoria isn’t trying to be something it’s not, and that’s actually refreshing. You pull up to a straightforward building in Milan’s city center, and there’s your parking right out front — which, if you’ve ever tried to park in Milan, you’ll know is basically a miracle.

Location & Getting Around

The walk to the Duomo really is about 12 minutes, maybe 15 if you’re taking your time and window shopping along the way. What I love about this area is that you’re close enough to hit all the major sights without being right in the tourist chaos. Corso di Porta Vittoria has this nice residential feel during the day — you’ll see locals doing their shopping, and there are some decent cafes where you can grab a proper espresso without paying tourist prices.

The Accommodation

The apartment setup works well for families or anyone who wants a bit more space than your typical hotel room. There’s a basic kitchenette where you can at least make coffee in the morning or heat up leftovers from that amazing dinner you had too much of the night before. The furnishings are simple but clean — think IKEA meets Italian practicality. Nothing fancy, but everything you actually need is there.

Practical Details

Having that parking spot right outside is honestly the biggest selling point if you’re driving into Milan. I mean, most places in the center either don’t have parking at all or charge you an arm and a leg for it. The building itself is quiet enough — you’re on a main street but it’s not like you’re dealing with constant traffic noise. The 7.8 rating makes sense; it’s solid without being spectacular.

Why Guests Love It

Look, this isn’t going to wow you with marble bathrooms or rooftop terraces, but it does exactly what it promises. You get a comfortable place to stay, you can walk to the Duomo and all the main attractions, and you don’t have to stress about where to put your car. For families especially, having that extra space and the ability to prepare simple meals can make a Milan trip way more manageable — and affordable.

  The location was great. Big grocery, coffee shop and bank next door. The parking cross the street is costing 3€ per hour not suitable for big cars. The Dumu is about 15 minutes walking. Area is safe all the time.
  
  What could be improved: The electric power tripped so many times even there was not overloading. U have to walk down and out to reset the breaker and it's really annoying. Bed sheets and covers need to be changed.

  What could be improved: It says it has AC, but its a lie, i asked where the controllers are and they said is only for summer, it says 2 bed 2 bathroom, another lie, 1 bed and a close living room with 3 bed, and 1 and 1/2 bath just one tub, the other is only half restroom, horrible, and all that come check out at 10 am

  Very near to DUOMO & mall, 15 minutes walk from apartment.

  What could be improved: No outside view, closed apartment.
  You can not switch on the ac & stove together otherwise breaker got off & you have to go down to restore electricity.
  Parking plaza is expensive (3 Euro per hour) and available in front of building.
  kitchen & bathroom facilities are not completely available. we have to stay 3 nights & tissues & other stuff not sufficient to cover the stay.

  Location is great, close to everything. Safe, secure and easy access. Beds were comfy and it was all nice and clean.
  
  What could be improved: I booked for 2 bathrooms but got a toilet and a bathroom which was annoying. The bathroom door didnt close, at all. We had a lot of delays heading to Milan, so we didnt get in till after 1am, and then had to be out by 10 the next morning as despite asking, we couldnt be accommodated. That was tough. The place was just not as comfortable as depicted in the photos. Not worth what we paid,at least not on this occasion.

  Apartment is very well located. Main sightseen spots are in a walking distance. There are restaurants and markets in the neigborhood. Kitchenware, hair dryer and washing machine were available in the apartment.
  
  What could be improved: Although it is said that there are 2 bathrooms in the apartment, there is only one shower. We were in 4 people and only a set of keys were provided.
