The room itself is exactly what the name promises — fast WiFi that actually works (I streamed Netflix without any buffering), proper air conditioning that you’ll appreciate during Milan’s sticky summers, and flexible arrangements that make sense for different types of travelers. The space feels more like a modern studio apartment than a hotel room, with a functional kitchenette that’s perfect for making morning coffee or heating up leftovers from that amazing risotto place around the corner. I mean, having your own little space to spread out after a long day of walking around the fashion district? That’s worth something.

Practical Matters

What surprised me most was how smoothly everything worked — the self-check-in system, the communication with the property managers, even the parking situation (which, let me tell you, is no small feat in Milan). The building is quiet despite being on a main street, and I slept better here than I did at some fancier places in the city center. The shower pressure is decent, the bed is comfortable enough, and honestly, you’ve got everything you need without paying for stuff you don’t really use anyway.

Why Guests Love It

This place works because it gets the basics right without any pretense. You’re not paying for a marble lobby or a fancy restaurant — you’re getting a clean, functional space in a real Milan neighborhood with reliable amenities. It’s perfect if you want to experience the city like you live there rather than just passing through. Plus, the Lambrate station is close enough that you can reach the center in about 15 minutes, but far enough that you’re not dealing with tourist chaos every time you step outside.

  What could be improved: Visto che il check-in è alle 15pm. Sarebbe il caso di magari avere un posto dove lasciare le valigie per chi magari arriva nella mattinata e così essere più liberi . (Suggerimento semplicemente). Se c’è la possibilità.

  What could be improved: Don’t recommend it at all, they send you the check in via link, they want to charge you for EVERYTHING, if you do check out after 10am they charge you, they charge “refundable” insurance and they don’t refund it saying that’s not refundable, they charge €50 euro cleaning fee when the “apartment” is extremely little, their policies are very unclear, if you ask for help via WhatsApp at the same phone they send the check in, they don’t answer, don’t stay here, there are a lot of better places to stay for less money

  Uslužni djelatnici, jednostavna komunikacija. Lako smo dobili sve upute. Javljaju se na telefon, jasno komuniciraju engleskim jezikom. Smještaj je kao što je i prikazan na slici. Svi uređaji su bili u funkciji. U apartmanu je bilo kave i čaja. Interent veza bila je besprijekorna.
  
  What could be improved: Zbog promjene vremena tijekom boravka voljeli bismo imati deku više. Nismo dobili upute za podešavanje klimatizacijskog uređaja.
