You’ve got Parco Sempione just a short walk away, which means morning jogs or evening strolls are basically mandatory (in the best way possible). The Arco della Pace is right there too, and I mean, who doesn’t want to grab their morning espresso near a triumphal arch? The metro connections are solid — you can get to the Duomo in about 15 minutes, but you’ll actually want to spend time in this area.

The Space Itself

What I really appreciated about this place is how it feels like an actual Milanese home rather than some sterile hotel room. The kitchen is properly equipped — not just a mini-fridge and microwave situation, but actual cooking space where you can prepare meals with ingredients from the local markets. The layout is thoughtful, and there’s enough space to spread out your stuff without feeling cramped. You know what’s nice? Having a proper dining area where you can sit with your morning coffee and plan your day.

Local Flavor

The beauty of staying here is discovering the neighborhood’s rhythm. There’s a fantastic local market just around the corner where vendors know their regulars by name, and several family-run trattorias that don’t appear in guidebooks but serve incredible food. I stumbled upon this little restaurant called Osteria del Borgo — completely by accident — and had one of my best meals in Milan there. The evening aperitivo scene in the nearby bars is authentic too, not the touristy version you’ll find closer to the cathedral.

  Ubicación, limpieza , decorado muy bonito , silencioso y tranquila la zona llegamos el centro en Tram en unos 20 min .
  
  What could be improved: Faltó que nos dejaran la ropa de cama y toalla, solo nos dejaron para 2 y eramos 4 . ( 2 adultos y 2 niños) y no tenía cubiertos , no lo encontramos. Avisamos , seguro que lo tendrán resuelto para porcinas ocasiones.

  Nous avons apprécié le calme. Appartement propre et spacieux. A 300m du Tram 14 qui mène directement au Duomo. Résidence avec ascenseur.
  
  What could be improved: Non respect de l'horaire convenu pour la remise des clés. Pas de machine à café ni bouilloire, et pour cause, aucune prise électrique sue plan de travail de la cuisine. Pas de torchon ni éponge ni produit de vaisselle. Pas de tables de nuit dans la chambre malgré l'espace suffisant.

  Roomy, has all necessary items for cooking and eating except a can opener. Has everything you need for a small apartment
  
  What could be improved: Accustomed to a hot hot shower that wasn't available there. With the central heating it was cool overnight until restored in the morning. Unfortunately both my wife and I came down with a nagging cough. The dryness and possibly the apartment being renovated next door may have contributed to his.

  The property was clean and nicely decorated. Public transportation to the city has a variety of options. Nice Turkish cafe on the corner and very affordable family style restaurant just a block away. We dined there 3 times 😂🙈

  we really enjoyed our stay in this apartment, everything perfectly corresponds to the photos on the website. I would like to add that there is a taxi stop and a public transport stop 3 minutes from the apartment. the train station is also 15 minutes away. a large supermarket is a 10-minute walk away. there are cafes and restaurants nearby. excellent location for. Have a nice vacation in Milan.

  – apartment was very cold. No extra blanket. all windows were drafty
  – for check in they ask you to upload your Id and all guests info into an unknown website otherwise they don’t let you checkin.
  – bathroom basin was clogged and becomes disgusting
  – water heater was broken for half a day and we had no warm water.
