When I first walked into this four-star property, I was honestly surprised by how polished everything felt. Location & Getting Around

Here’s the thing about staying north of the city center — you’re in a proper residential neighborhood where locals actually live and work. The Pasteur metro station is about a 10-minute walk away, and once you’re on the green line, you can reach the Duomo in maybe 20 minutes. I actually preferred this setup because you get to see how Milanese people really live, plus there are some excellent trattorias nearby that tourists never find.

The Room Experience

My room was surprisingly spacious for Milan standards, with a separate work area that I actually used (rare for me). The bed was properly comfortable — not too soft, not too firm — and they’ve got blackout curtains that work, which matters when you’re dealing with jet lag. The bathroom felt modern and clean, though nothing fancy. What I appreciated most was the kitchenette setup; having a mini-fridge and microwave meant I could grab fresh ingredients from the local market and have a proper breakfast without paying hotel prices.

Dining & Amenities

The hotel restaurant serves decent international fare, but honestly, you’re better off exploring the neighborhood. There’s this little osteria about five minutes away that locals pack every night — that’s your real Milan experience right there. The fitness center is well-equipped if you need to work off all that risotto, and there’s parking available, which is actually a big deal in Milan if you’re driving.

You know what makes this place work? It feels like a proper base for exploring Milan without the premium you pay for being right in the thick of things. The value proposition is solid — you’re getting reliable Hilton standards in a location that gives you breathing room. I met several business travelers who’d been coming back for years, and a few families who appreciated having space to spread out.   The hotel is very nice and clean. Staff were helpful. Storage facility was a bonus as I was attending a Conference and did not want to drag my luggage around. My room was nice with all basic amenities and comfortable bed.
